Tonies Mo Willems' The Pigeon Series Audio Toy Figurine

I purchased this Mo Willems Pigeon Tonie as a stocking stuffer for our grandson. He’s just one year old, but he already enjoys listening to his older sister’s Tonies, so I wanted one that would work now and grow with him. Even at his age, the expressive voices, music, and familiar rhythm of the stories keep his attention. The Pigeon’s humor translates surprisingly well to younger listeners, and the songs add extra engagement. As he gets older, the actual storylines will become even more meaningful, which makes this a great long-term Tonie rather than something he’ll outgrow quickly. The figurine works instantly when placed on the Toniebox and feels durable, which is important with little hands. The total runtime is just right for short listening sessions, and having multiple stories and songs in one Tonie adds a lot of value. Overall, this is a fun, high-quality choice for families with multiple kids or younger toddlers who love audio play. A great first Tonie and a classic character kids enjoy again and again.

My kids LOVE the Mo Willems books. They received this pigeon Tonie for Christmas and it’s been a big hit. It’s cute, fun for kids, and reads them the story. Makes a great gift too.

I got this one for my one year old, but my three year old loves it too. It’s very interactive and the songs are so freaking catchy. Tons of content on here. I wish they’d do another Pigeon one with even more stories! Update: My sons lost the pigeon tonie. I ordered another. Then the pigeon showed up. I don’t even regret having two.

If you use your tonie for calming before bed, this isn’t it. If you use it any time of day for play, this is AWESOME. My 3yo and 6yo both love it, and honestly, my husband and I do too. It’s so funny and the songs are catchy. My kids love singing the songs, having dance parties, and interacting with the stories. If your kids love catchy songs and interactive stories, GET THIS. I think it may be the best one we have. Anyone who knows the music from Avenue Q: my husband and I agree the music style is incredibly reminiscent.

My great nieces love using their toni boxes. This was on their list to get. They are 6 year old. I have been getting different types every year. They are engaged with these and is better than watching a screen. They are using their imagination.

One of my favorite tonies!

This tonie was way more entertaining than I thought it would be! It plays out almost like an off-broadway musical or kids program with multiple voice actors singing songs based on the books and kids yelling “noooooo” to the pigeons antics. Overall adorable and both of my kids love it.

Tonies are the best gifts ever for children, at least in my opinion. Great educational value no problems with the quality. And a 4-year-old can use it very easily. The only problem is you have to make an initial investment in the. Tonie itself. I’ve had to contact product support for a minor question and it wasn’t easy. That’s why I’ve given it four stars.

Our little tonies girl makes everyone quiet to listen to stories before bed. And will sneak away to listen to her pigeon when she’s overwhelmed! Best tony yet!
