Where have these cups been all my life,very strong sucking power I don't use any moisturiser at all cause just wanted to testthe strength.a top addition to my vastly great collection of cupping therapy cups. A body worker therapist dream.

These cups are tiny not what they look like in the photo -very disappointed

These are great for your ankle, your neck, arms, legs and back. I love how easy they are to apply. The suction is pretty strong. They will leave you with some bruising, but it fades. They are powerful enough to bring healing to the areas.

My massage therapist turned me on to this small cupping set. After one session she let me take two cups home to see how they worked for me and ultimately shared the link so I can purchase a larger set. I have terrible pain in my low back and hips and these cups have truly been a life saver. The concept of the suction to help draw more blood to the area to help promote healing and circulation itself works and I believe it provides a bit of pain relieving properties at the same time. I will leave them on for about 30 minutes or so then will move and reapply in another area as needed. Applying a thin layer or lotion or oil before cup application helps to not pull the skin. I enjoy seeing the colors drawn to the surface of my skin indicating it is working.
