Ozeri Garden and Kitchen Scale II, with 0.1 g (0.005 oz) 420® Variable Graduation Technology®

I pretty much mainly use this for sourdough and it works perfect. The battery has lasted me 6 months so far and I use it regularly. It is very easy to clean and wipe down when flour spills. It is very lightweight which is a plus- and small which makes it easy to store! It is easy to use- just a few buttons and has multiple forms of measurement although I only use the grams. Easy to read the weight! It looks great as well!

What a great little kitchen scale. It's easy to use and accurate no matter what function you set it to. I just started learning how to bake and this scale has made things much simpler for me. No more doing math in my head!

UPDATE 4/19/25: 6 months. That's how long this one lasted. My previous Ozeri was good for 7 YEARS. No idea why this simply stopped working. No battery issues, everything was fine and now it simply won't turn on. I'm incredibly disappointed. Why are so many things designed to only last a short time? What happened to quality craftsmanship? I do all my baking in grams so a scale is a must. When my old Ozeri finally died after 7 years 😭, it was time for a new one. I picked this model for its ability to measure 10ths of a gram. Measuring herbs can be difficult so this feature helps. It's especially great when measuring out liquid medicine for kids. When your toddler needs 8.5g of meds and you can't find a syringe, this is a lifesaver. The readout is nice and clear, the buttons are easily accessible when you have a bowl on the base, and it actually looks good on the counter! It feels a bit flimsy compared to my old model, but I think the fact it's lightweight will turn out to be an advantage. It can fit anywhere!

So far so good. This is a really response scale with 0.1 g accuracy. I tested a couple things and it was very accurate and responsive. I thought it was all plastic, but it's not and I like the build quality too. It's hard to find a acale so affordable yet so responsive and accurate.

This is a great little scale. It is the perfect size with extra resolution down to tenths of grams. I use it to measure out protein and collagen powders in a blender bottle, and it does that job very well.

I originally purchsed this for mixing small amounts of plaster for art projects, but I have been using it for sourdough making. It is awesome! It is so easy to use, very small- taking up virtually no space in the kitchen, and I like that there are some color choices, for those who need a little extra spice in their day. I don't have anything to compare it to as far as accuracy goes, but it has not failed me from use to use- if I want 100g of starter, it's the same each time I use the scale, not wildly different amoutns. It flips into other units very eaisly, tares quickly, and has an auto shut off- which can be annoying- but also very helpful for those of us who get distracted and go on side quests. Highly recommend!

I've been using this almost daily for over a year. No complaints so far. I just use it to weigh out my cat's dinner so I haven't used it for anything heavy. Still on original battery.

The item has developed a fault after the 30 day return period and should still be under warrenty. The seller is not willing to replace or return the item.

Have this color all over the kitchen so had to get this. Works as it should and cute! Wish that it didn’t turn off as fast as it did because sometimes when you have littles running around the kitchen you get distracted, but again- at least it works!

- the "Variable Graduation Technology" is great for measuring small amounts for better accuracy - I like that you can access the batteries without having to use a screwdriver - the adjustable auto-power-off toggle (2 or 5-minutes) is great
