Packaging and delivery - 5 Stars. Received the order 15 days ahead of schedule. Assembly - 5 stars. Took about half an hour and the instructions were clear and all the necessary tools were provided in the box Look and feel - 5 stars. Looks premium. We got the black one and it looks awesome. I had seen some other similar chairs, where the bolts we visible or the gaping was uneven - none of it here. The fit and finish was excellent. The build quality is great and very sturdy - looks like it will last a while. Useability - 4 stars. Very suitable for both work, play and relaxation. The height of the seat is adequate recaching the work desk for comfortable working. The recline is good, would have like a bit more, but sine i don't normally recline to sleep, it is adequate. The cushioning is very good, the massager is weak, but that was expected. Would have loved to give it a full 5 star, but the feet rest is a bit short. It is good for a short person, say 5'4", but for a normal person like me at 5'7" the foot rest reaches just below my knee. Another couple of inches longer frame would have made it impeccable.

After using this chair for over a month, I’m honestly quite disappointed. While it looks sleek and modern, the actual experience doesn’t match the price at all. It has already started making noticeable noise every time I sit or move, which raises serious concerns about its build quality and long-term durability. For a product in this price range, this is simply not acceptable. Comfort is another major issue. The chair lacks proper support, and extended sitting has started causing back discomfort, which defeats the whole purpose of investing in a good chair. Overall, this feels like a style-over-substance purchase. It may look good initially, but in terms of comfort, durability, and value for money, it doesn’t hold up. Definitely not a purchase I would recommend.

Comfort-wise, it’s great for long hours. I use it for both gaming and work (8–10 hours some days), and my back definitely feels better compared to my old chair. The recline feature is smooth and locks properly. I’ve been using the GT Player gaming chair for a few weeks now and honestly, I’m impressed.
