Bar code sticker arrgh!
Been using these (in black) in 0.5 and 0.7 for maybe 35 years, reliable, nice weight, nice in the hand, I tend to eventually lose them. Coloured option is useful to differentiate lead sizes, or for novelty, or just because whatever, but more expensive, not sure why. The bar code sticker and its adhesive gum on each pencil is somewhat frustrating to remove.

Can't live without them have used them for years. I press a little heavy and break the leads and sometimes the supporting piece of the lead

As an engineer, I can say that Pentel has mastered the mechanical pencil with this design. I have been using them since the early 1990's. They don't wear out. They rarely break. I keep buying more because they are often borrowed, and then I don't get them back.
