Amazing phone, flir works very well and UI in app is well designed. Phone is very durable and fast. With all Samsung devices is is customizable too. Battery life lasts for a solid week. Note I turn off device when not in use. Have not tested connect tools yet.

I have been overall pleased with this phone, as a tmobile customer it works in most areas. It did seem to struggle when roaming in comparison to my wifes tmobile sponsored Samsung.

Pros: extremely tough, I've dropped this thing allot and zero damage so far. The battery is just insane. It's charges pretty quick with the supplied charger. Hit and miss with other fast chargers. If it's not fast charging, it's painfully slow. Even with gaming and watching you tube the battery lasts 2 days from a full charge. The processor seems decently quick. I experience lag every once in a while but usually when the battery is low and charging always fixes that. The thermal camera is way awesome. I use it at work all the time for electrical diags and cooling system diags. It also has a phenomenal IR night vision camera you can see clearly even in pitch black darkness up to about 10 or so feet. Farther when I use my IR flashlight. Haven't bought any of the Accessories like the microscope or boroscope but will soon. The camera is really awesome. Great quality front and back. Cons: 1: volume issues: When you're watching a video and your phone rings or you get a notification, the video volume raises up to the same as what you've set the others for. 2: screenshot sound: screenshot shortcut is power button with volume down keys pressed simultaneously. It's fairly easy to do this accidentally. Not a big deal except it makes a camera shutter sound at a fairly loud volume. There's no way to turn it off or silence it. Apparently it's how the default Android ROM is releases and the devs have to add functionality to this. 3: fb Messenger calls: when receiving Facebook Messenger calls, it rings but does not show an answer button on the screen. Just the lock screen. Even after unlocking it's still not in the notification bar. You have to unlock your phone, open the app and only then will you see a button across the top of your conversation that says return to call. This might be a problem on Facebooks side of things and I'm gonna leave a review on play store for that.

Not very good smartphone at all. The touch screen is horrible and the phone itself is incredibly slow. Anything that requires you to tap near the edge of the screen is almost impossible to actually trigger. So essentially anytime you try to do something that has a button down in the corner of the screen like send an email or post a comment or send a text it is incredibly difficult most of the time because no matter how many times you tap the button it simply doesn't work. Half the time you end up completely erasing anything you've written in the message you want to send because the the phone confuses what you're trying to do and thinks you're trying to go back one screen instead of actually doing what you wanted to do. It's so slow I have to restart once or twice a day just to make it so it's actually usable. Flashlight is horrible. Have yet to find a situation where it's actually even remotely bright enough. Every single smartphone I've ever had has been a lot brighter than this one. And the battery life is absolutely nothing like what's advertised. Yes you can use your phone all day but it's not some super battery like they claim. I have to charge my phone every night or I'll run out the next day. Sure that's usually what you have to do with a normal smartphone but this was supposed to be more than that when it came to the battery. As far as the thermal camera: I guess.. well... yes, it's gotthat. It's the reason why I bought this particular phone. Is it a good thermal camera, versatile enough that I can actually get some good use out of it for a lot of different things? No. Not at all. The phone is incredibly durable though. I'll give them that. I mean seriously this thing is a tank. That's why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. The truth is this is just a gimmick phone that they're selling. They literally took a very cheap smartphone, put a thermal camera on it, and put it inside of a really durable case. Think about a really cheap prepaid smartphone from like Walmart or something in a really tough case. That's literally all this is. I definitely regret buying it. Update: I really have tried to give this phone a chance. Yes it is extremely durable, but that is the ONLY good thing about this phone. The touchscreen is an absolute nightmare. It barely works at all. The camera is horrible. The light is horrible. The battery lasts about 8 minutes longer than a regular battery. The infrared camera is almost useless. I will NEVER buy another phone from this company. All that said, customer service not bad

The phone is so cool! Love the camera quality and battery life . Storage quality is good as well and it sounds loud and clear. Way faster than my previous phone and I put my sim in and it connected automatically with no problem.

The phone is excellent! The battery life and camera quality are very good. The amount of storage is excellent, and the sound is loud and clear. I inserted my SIM card and it connected automatically without any issues. The thermal camera is also very good! I’m coming from a high-end Samsung phone and I honestly don’t notice much difference, especially considering the price of this device. It’s large and a bit heavier, but the battery life and ruggedness fully justify it. On top of that, the shipping was completed perfectly.

Great phone for it's time. I received mine two months ago and it worked fine until the new Android 15 update made it impossible to get Internet data without connecting to wifi. The phone still works for calls and text. I reformatted it several times without success. Hopefully there will be a patch for this glitch. Too late for a refund. Support never replied back. A note said hey were unavailable for two weeks. I'll try to update this once the issue is solved. The night vision and thermal imaging still works.

Wärmekamera nach Update voll funktionsfähig. Hersteller sehr kooperativ. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Kamera macht super Fotos und Videos. Handy ist immer noch im Gebrauch. Es ist zwar sehr groß und auch relativ schwer, aber trotzdem sehr gut in der Handhabung.

Redémarrages quand il fatigue et c'est reparti. _ caméra nocturne : jouet top, en nuit noire on voit en noire et blanc très bien = +++++ _ caméra thermique : plutôt bien, températures relevées + ou - précise à mon niveau= +++ _ rapidité sans utiliser le ram virtuelle : tout va bien _ comme annoncé : il est gros ;) les - : _fonction haut parleur : le destinataire a du mal à entendre, échos. _batterie : sans trop d'utilisation le tel tient 2 à 3 jours avant recharge.

Encantado con este tipo de movil rugerizado, aun no se me a caido ni a mi ni a mis hijos (que son los peligrosos) pero desde que mis chiquillos acabaron destrozando los moviles en mi casa hemos optado por este tipo de dispositivos resistentes. Tiene unos acabados sorprendetemente profesionales para ser un movil, lo digo por ejemplo el tipo de botones que tiene son parecidos a maquinas profesionales que utilizo en mi trabajo. La bateria me dura 6 dias con un uso normal, y la ram real son 12GB y por software se puede ampliar a 24GB, con lo que va muy fluido. En este aspecto los vendedores deberian de cambiar la publicidad que hacen ya que REALES son 12 GB, pero el movil con esta cantidad mas la virtual va sobrado. La camara termica que lleva es interesante, para ser incluida en un movil se distingue bastante bien los cambios de temperatura. El movil es grande y pesa, pero es lo que tiene si buscas un movil muy resistente y con gran capacidad de bateria.

Veloce, batteria che dura tantissimo, bel display e ottime fotocamere, poi la chicca della termo camera FLIR completa il pacchetto. Consigliatissimo.
