10/10 would recommend over going to the doctor
This thing is awesome!! I was skeptical at first but after using it itโs almost just like going to get it done professionally. The water pressure on the strongest level is perfect for getting everything out. Itโs super easy to use and the cleaning device itself is super lightweight. Only thing I wish was more clear in the post is that itโs recommended to get earwax softening drops before using the device. I didnโt bother going all the way to get drops so I just warmed up distilled water, which it comes with a temperature sticker also so you can make sure itโs not too hot or too cold and put it in the machine. It doesnโt hurt at all and fits very comfortably to the side of your head and in your ear. I love that thereโs virtually no mess too. I do wish the water tank was bigger but overall this thing works so well I can hear the carpet fibers when I walk around. It comes with three tips, two with one hole and one with 3, I just used the one with a single hole. It is wireless but comes with a charging chord, just a regular USBC not sure how long the battery life is yet because I havenโt used it that long but it works while on the charger anyways. This thing will save a lot of money in the long run than having to go every 6 months to a year to get your ears cleaned.

Safely & effectively remove impacted ear wax! Easy to use and no mess whatsoever!
I have struggled for many years with impacted cerumen in both ears. I usually end up spending hours irritating my ears with a 10 cc syringe and a 16 gauge angiocatheter while in front of the bathroom sink. I would end up with water everywhere and only after repeatedly flushing my ear canal for what seemed like a hundred times, eventually I would dislodge a huge chunk of impacted cerumen, but oftentimes, I would still have to position two mirrors with a small spotlight and go after it with a small plastic cerumen spoon. Thankfully being an RN Iโm well experienced in doing this for patients in the emergency department, but itโs a whole different challenge doing it to yourself. I used this wonderful machine and with only refilling the tank twice I managed to dislodge a huge chunk of impacted cerumen and didnโt need to fish it out as the swirling action of the warm-tepid water flushed it right out of my ear canal and into the collection chamber! Iโve tried some other hand held manual pumping devices in the past, but would just end up reverting back to the old school technique of the syringe and flood the vanity and bathroom floor with water. This is undoubtedly one of the finest self care products Iโve ever used and is a most worthwhile investment in oneโs ear health. I will be recommending this product to patients as I see many people who suffer from the same dilemma here in the dry arid desert climate. Spectacular design and it really does work!

Excellent Ear Cleaner โ Worth Every Penny!
Iโve tried just about every DIY earwax removal method out thereโcotton swabs (which never really work), those little spiral tools, even the bulb syringe kits. None of them gave me the clean results I was hoping for, and most were either messy or uncomfortable. This KAUGIC ear cleaning system has completely changed the game for me. Ease of Use: The setup is simple and straightforward. Fill the water tank, choose your pressure setting, and youโre ready to go. The collection container catches the used water and wax, so thereโs no dripping down your neck or having to lean over a sink. That design alone makes it so much less messy than traditional ear irrigation. Adjustable Pressure Modes: There are four modesโSoft, Normal, Pulse, and Strong. I started with Soft to test it out, and it was gentle but still effective. For heavier buildup, Normal or Pulse works beautifully. The Strong setting is powerful but not painfulโit just gives that extra push if you have stubborn wax. Itโs nice to have control, especially since everyoneโs ears are different. Effectiveness: This thing actually works. On my first use, I saw little bits of wax come out, and after a couple of rinses, I felt that โlightโ feeling in my ears again. I didnโt realize how muffled my hearing had become until it was cleared out. Itโs also incredibly satisfying (and a bit gross) to see what collects in the wastewater tankโitโs proof the system is doing its job. Comfort & Safety: Unlike syringes or Q-tips, this doesnโt jam anything deep into your ear canal. The water stream feels more like a controlled rinse than anything invasive. It comes with three different tips, which is great if multiple people in the family want to use it. Battery Life & Build Quality: The rechargeable battery lasts surprisingly longโIโve used it several times over a few weeks and havenโt had to charge it yet. The unit feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like cheaper gadgets. Cleanup is easy too; just empty the tank and give it a quick rinse. Who Would Benefit Most: - If you deal with recurring earwax buildup and hate scheduling doctor visits, this will save you time and money. - Parents could use it for teenagers or older kids (though I wouldnโt recommend it for very young children). - Seniors or anyone with hearing aids would find it especially helpful, since wax buildup can interfere with devices. Final Thoughts: This is hands down the best at-home ear cleaning tool Iโve ever used. Itโs cleaner, safer, and far more effective than anything else Iโve tried. If youโve been frustrated by wax removal methods in the past, give this a tryโyouโll notice the difference right away. Highly recommended.

The real deal and very convenient
I used it after my ears were hurting on and off, not knowing why. low hum or sharp pain on and off. I had been using Dr. Christophers "Ear and Nerve" drops which was helping a lot but then tried this. Per Dr. Christopher, herbologist, I mixed 1/2 raw apple cider vinegar with 1/2 filtered water in the machine. I feel that helps prevent any further infection if there was one. I felt like my ears were still filled with water and I was under water/muffled for 1.5 days after using the machine. No wax was captured. It doesn't go in the other reservoir unless it is tiny pieces b/c there is a built-in filter in the cup you hold up to your ear. I had used one a few days before, a different brand that was handheld, no cup and it was messy and HURT my ears for a few days. I waited till they settled back down, more Dr. C's drops before using this. They did not hurt with this and the raw ACV mixed with 1/2 water. Water mixture should be between 99 and 105 degrees F from what I read online. I measured it with a meat thermometer. l laid down with ear facing down on towel for a few minutes after doing one whole reservoir for 1 ear. I did both ears even though only 1 hurt. I have had no pain since using this and had pain on and off before using it even though I saw no wax. Just don't use too often or ears might make too much wax in response and start with lowest setting, see how your ears respond. I had a small amount of nausea/lightheadedness also but no ear pain and overall improvement in hearing. Pro's no drips so can use anytime, not messy at all for me not too hard of a stream on lowest setting ease of use, buttons clear, easy to charge, good sized reservoir just the right size and all accessories store well in the reservoir Con's loud make sure nozzle is in but not in too far. This can be hard to know exactly how to position it. Overall very convenient, not messy, easy to use and seemed to do the job, recommended.

Great for cleaning ears
Holy cow this is a game changer!! The instructions provided are straightforward and easy to understand. Set up took 30 seconds at most. There are different settings to use at your comfort level. I prefer the pulse feature. The noise level is minimal and the machine is lightweight. It does have to be plugged in and is not battery operated. The soft tips are comfortable and my ear fit entirely within the cup. There was no splashing, wasted water, mess etc. My ears felt so clean after use and you can see the results right there in the reservoir. This works really well and I am so glad I purchased this product

amazing tool for cleaning your ears!
The Kaugic Water Powered Ear Cleaner has revolutionized my personal hygiene routine. As someone who's always been a bit squeamish about traditional cotton swab methods, I was initially hesitant to try a new ear cleaning device. However, the positive reviews and innovative design of the Kaugic cleaner convinced me to take the plunge. And I'm so glad I did. One of the standout features of the Kaugic cleaner is its gentle, water-powered approach. Unlike cotton swabs, which can push earwax deeper into the canal, the Kaugic cleaner uses a steady stream of warm water to safely and effectively remove excess wax. The soft, silicone tip ensures a comfortable and irritation-free experience, even for those with sensitive ears. I will note, that as soon as you begin, the sound of the water can be a bit of a surprise; start on soft and get used to the inner-ear noise before ramping up the pressure. I used it a couple of times on soft before settling on pulse. The cleaner's ergonomic design makes it easy to use, even for those with limited dexterity. The compact size makes it convenient to take on the go, so I can maintain my ear hygiene routine wherever I am. I've noticed a significant improvement in my ear health since using the Kaugic cleaner. My ears feel cleaner, less itchy, and overall more comfortable. I no longer have to worry about the risks associated with using cotton swabs, such as puncturing the eardrum or pushing wax deeper into the canal. My ear wax was causing me pain and this tool really helped me solve that. It's worth a try, for sure! While the Kaugic cleaner is a bit more expensive than traditional cotton swabs, I believe it's a worthwhile investment in my health and well-being. The long-lasting battery and easy-to-clean design make it a cost-effective solution in the long run. If you're looking for a safe, effective, and comfortable way to clean your ears, I highly recommend the Kaugic Water Powered Ear Cleaner. It's a game-changer that has transformed my personal hygiene routine.

Effective, easy to use and durable
About 2-3 times a year, I accumulate ear wax. I have been using Qtips which never quite remove all the wax and feel like a dangerous procedure not knowing how deep I need to go. I saw this Kaugic Water Powered Cleaner after researching ear cleaning devices. It seemed to have good reviews and looked similar to the type my ear doctor used on me a couple of years ago, that was quite effective. So I ordered it. It arrived with a number of attachments and cleaning accessories. It is very functional. Basically you pore warm water in one side of the tank. The design of this machine is good. It measures the proper water temperture you need, irrigates the ear and removes the liquid in your ear while washing it. I found it to be effective and easy to use. I recommend using the soft setting until you become familiar with how to use it for best results. It was effective in removing wax although not as much as the doctor's. I may have had more wax when I went to the doctor, so I can't rate it five stars until I've had more occasions to use it.
