Waited a couple of weeks before writing a review on these. Iโve tried seamoss and lions mane in the past and had positive results but Iโd never tried shilajit, I think Iโm about 3-4 weeks into taking these daily and I genuinely feel a massive difference in myself, more every through the day, not as much brain fog, they even help with the guy down there a bit.
