First, these are not going to firm up your neck. Only plastic surgery to remove fat and skin will do that. This is an important fact one should consider. I purchased this to help hydrated my skin on my chin and neck, moisturizer wasn't fully doing it for me during the winter. The mask fits an adult tightly. The ear hole cut outs are very tiny and need to be stretched to fit over the ears. The neck does not fit tightly like the picture. It needs to be smoothed to the neck and you have to keep pushing it back on every few minutes. It did hydrate my skin and smoothed it out perfectly, but it is temporary.

I have been using these masks for a few months. I am not sure about the lifting but it is a great moisturizing to the neck and it Leaves my sling supple and more tonic. It fits well. I just wish there was not the sticky substance behind the ears so that it does not stick to my hair. It is very easy to use and I even left it on for long periods without any issues.
