Well here it is. About one year in the making, all my Trump songs in one place. Most of these songs were written and recorded quickly, with the blood still boiling from whatever indignity or absurdity had popped up on my newsfeed that day. Certainly, "Trump Tower" was written in the the rotten dawn, days after Trump's win. Let's hope I don't write any more of these, but I probably will. Thanks to Davin Wood for playing piano on "Trump Tower," and thanks to Jonathan Rado, who produced and played on a good number of these (the ones you hear some of that beautiful tape hiss on mostly) - his tribute to Steve Nieve on "Imperial Bedroom" is particularly inspired. Thanks to Kane Ritchotte and Max Whipple for providing the best rhythm section a boy could ask for, and to Jordan Katz, Taylor Plenn and David Ralicke for laying down some sweet horns on "Wilbur Ross." Thanks to Vic Berger for adding some backups to "Sentencing Day" and for usually being the first audience for these tunes. Thanks to Josh Tillman for surprising me with a tear-inducing cover of "Trumps Private Pilot" and for allowing us to include it here. Same goes to Andrew Bird for having me over, letting me use our live session and adding beautiful violin and harmony to "Trump Talkin Nukes." Tears fell down both of our faces, we made love and for the first time in a long time , we looked into each others eyes and remembered eachother. But it felt like meeting for the first time. We plan to renew our vows next month. A Christmas wedding Update: I'm pregnant with triplets

Tremendous.
People are saying to me, every day, they say, and they're great people, close friends of mine. And they're saying to me "the Tim Heidecker album, the Trump music album?" and I'm saying WE. LOVE. THIS. ALBUM. And we have to keep this album and listen to this album, and we're gonna listen to this album again. The lying media won't listen to the album. They say they don't like albums. Has the failing New York Times listened to this album? Not so much probably. But this is a great album and always has been a great album. And always will be. Of course back then you didn't have to worry about certain people listening to music, but we're going back to those days, and soon. Believe me.

Another Great Album From Tim
Tim really knows how to put together catchy and clever tunes. I still listen to The Yellow River Boy's album on the regular, and this one I can't stop listening to. With all the garbage Trump and his brain dead cult inflict on the world, it's nice to have something to smile about. Hopefully there will be a volume two. Every day the moron creates new material.

Too Dumb For Most People.
If you think adolescent fart jokes are funny you might like this. Really, really moronic and the music is horrendously mundane as well. Stupid is as stupid does. Makes Adam Sandler seem like Feynman.

Crazy That It Only Takes A Maniac
It has aged well, this album. I think it's hilarious. It is brilliant in parts. And if you can clearly spot which tracks are in the styles of Elvis Costello, Randy Newman and Jimmy Buffet, you get bonus points.

Slammers!
Initially put it on just to hear one track and how funny it might be and before I knew it I was jamming to the whole album on repeat. I was blown away by how well written the whole album is, unexpected talents from Tim Heidecker right here.

As good as "In Glendale"
I enjoyed "In Glendale" as well as this album. Either the president is living rent free in Tim's brain, or TH is pandering to his fans. Either way, it's a great album and I enjoyed it.

I had to get this album after giving it a listen on Google Music. Tim Heidecker's sense of humor lines up pretty well with mine so naturally I found this album funny. Each song is written & performed in a different style, while the album as a whole has the feel of a 1970's pop album. Trump Tower, a bitter and biting tune could be a Randy Newman song in alternate universe. Imperial Bathroom is the Elvis Costello song you've never heard and Mar a Lago is a Jimmy Buffet hit from dimension no. 281734-B. The vinyl itself sounds great and the artwork is phenomenal, I'm happy to add this record to my collection. If you like Tim Heidecker's work, enjoy 70's style pop-rock and want some levity, then give this album a try. If you're not a fan of Tim Heidecker and you're a huge fan of Trump, this might rub you the wrong way, but why even read this review?
