I purchased this carousel at the same time that I bought my new Nespresso Machine. I am very satisfied with the carousel. It's small enough to fit nicely in my cabinet and not too wide so it doesn't take up much space. At the same time it's very easy to see all the the capsules so you know exactly which one you're looking for. Spins around nicely so that you can see all the capsules on the carousel. Also, looks very nice, and can be placed on the table in order for company to decide which Nespresso flavor that would like. I like this one a lot better than some of the other containers that I looked at. This product looks to be well made, and has a non-scratch (covered) bottom, so that you can place it on a surface without worrying about scratching your table top or furniture.

I am completely happy with this carousel. The headline says it all. It has a good weight to it, so its not falling over. It holds 10 nespresso capsules in each row, so you can empty the entire box into each row, having 4 different nespresso types ready at all times. And it is a nice quality shiny chrome/stainless steel look that looks good on the countertop. Really one of those simple products that just works and looks good doing it.

So many of the products made for the Nespresso capsules appear to be or are low quality. This carousel is solidly constructed and, much to our surprise, takes up very little room on the counter or the shelf. And its price is quite low in comparison to more expensive products, even those made by Nespresso. It is quite a bargain, a good value, and very well thought through. It does require, however, some organizational decisions as to how you are going to have your pods lined up; but once you have them in an arrangement that suits you, it works just perfectly. We have organized ours with the higher intensity capsules on the top, the longos of all caffeinated varieties on the second level. decaf capsules (both longo and regular sized) on the third level, and miscellaneous capsules on the bottom. This allows us to have numerous varieties of capsules, not just four or five like the holders that allow you to put the boxes upright into them. But those might work as well for people who want only four or five selections, but also do not want to take up a lot of counter space.

After having a high capacity drawer for our capsules, I was nervous to move to carousel style holder. After receiving this product I can say that I do not know what I was nervous about, this carousel is awesome. The pros far outweigh the cons with this product. The carousel is compact, sturdy, attractive and convenient. The product spins smoothly and holds the capsules well. The only negative is the capacity, I really wish it were a bit taller to hold more capsules, however we have found it really is sufficient for our needs.

Highly recommended! Thought twice before buying this as we also took advantage of the new Nespresso Club offer of a free black case with purchase of 200 capsules. They both are nice, and each has their advantages. All the good things said in other reviews are true, this thing is beautiful, elegant, and especially attractive on a shelf at eye level (like the product photo). However, when you look down on it if it's on a counter top, all you see is the silver capsule lids, a sea of silver, which is not nearly as beautiful as the side on view of the colorful capsules. If you have an eye-level shelf it can go on I think you'll be especially delighted with this. A couple of the holder rings on ours were slightly bent at an angle, I was able to carefully adjust it but feared breaking it in doing so. Probably would have been wiser to return it for another but it worked out fine. The advantage the Nespresso box has over this is the capsule guide inside the lid, making it easy to identify blends by color and see strengths and what drinks and shot size they are suited for. But the box is big, and although elegant, may be harder to find a good place in your kitchen for. (We havent found the right place for it). I'm glad we have both but expect once we've finished the 200 and decided which few blends we like best, we'll know the colors and blends well and not need the guide so much, I expect the box will end up deep in a cupboard while this beautiful carousel already has found its perfect home and we love it.

Using this to hold your coffee capsules is a lot neater and easier than leaving them in the paper packing box in a kitchen drawer. It's sturdy and heavier than its looks would have you believe, so tipping doesn't seem to be a problem. Each row takes the 10 capsules that come in the capsule box and holds 40 capsules altogether (though another row would have been nice as Nespresso requires you to purchase their capsules in lots of 50). It doesn't take up a lot if counter space. The swiveling feature is handy and smooth to spin. I'm sure it could have been made more cheaply but it seems right just the way it is. It's a nice and presentable addition to our Nespresso machine.

There are other Nespresso pod holders out there but this is the only one where you can easily read the names of the pods or capsules. I believe it is also the easiest to load and unload. Some of the other carousels may occupy less counter space as they go way high, but because the base is too small, they tend to be wobbly and easily knocked off, according to most reviews, and I think that makes sense. There are many other designs that look slick and modern, but the look of this carousel is not bad and I like to be able to readily read the names of the pods, plus I value the stability, ease of use, and the price of this Nifty carousel. I'm so glad I saw it before buying one of those contemporary ones that looked like they didn't take up too much space but then neither does this Nifty.
