Fast delivery and it's bigger than previous

Faulty machine from new

Faulty product Item well packaged and delivered on time. Ran test cycles on machine prior to filling Wash tank with 5 litres of IPA. Ran wash cycle and impeller constantly jams and screeches as soon as as it reaches speed. When you remove tank and run without tank on it spins to speed and runs fine. A know fault Elegoo. What are the plans to remedy this issue? I have just invested hard earned money to but the Saturn Ultra 4 16k and the Mercury 3 station. Very disappointed customer
