Merrell Men's Nova 2 Walking Shoe

Great product, well styled and very comfortable. Would buy again.

Probably the best lightweight walking shoe / traininer combo on the market.

Lighter, quieter than my Moabs I've just ordered a pair of the GTX for when it rains and another pair of Moab2 GTX, because my current pair have had a battering.

Great lightweight fair weather walking shoes. No breaking in required, they are perfect to use from the box

It is a nice looking shoe but the outer fabric started fraying quite visibly after a couple of weeks making the shoe look as if it had years of use. Totally unacceptable quality in a shoe of this price

I have 3 pairs of Merrell waking shoes in the past and these are the same comfortable and great for walking

I like everything except the fit.

This is my 2nd pair. The first pair lasted me over two years. Durable enough to go in snow, hiking trails yet comfortable enough to go out in for daily use. I have a small foot and the 8.5 is pretty much perfect for me. My only complaint is that over this two years the shoe laces have finally began to fray a bit. I am looking for hopefully another 2 years with this new pair. You cannot go wrong with the Nova 2 Midsize Hiking Trail shoes!

First time trying Merrills. I was in one of their outlet shops and both the sales rep and a customer were saying that they are little wider toe box overall. I have been buying Wide and Extra Wide New Balances, mostly trail runners. They've been good except for supposed trail running shoes the outsoles have worn out quite quickly. I mainly use them for walking my dog (pavement and dirt trails). We average about 5-6 miles a day. I liked these Nova 2s, but the outlet didn't have them in my size so I ordered here (better price too!). So far they are great and very comfortable. Perfect width. I replaced the laces with some Kiwi elastic no-tie laces (I do on all my shoes) and they work great. I bought a few shoes for my husband to choose from including adidas, new balance and Merrell. My husband has quite wide feet and said the adidas were too narrow, the green new balances I got were nice but his favorite were these merrells. They are super comfortable and well made. It is nice to get my husband some color in his footwear since he always chooses black or brown for himself. This gives him some color in the green and blue trim but it’s not too wild where he wouldn’t wear it. My son is modeling the rainbow merrells too but ultimately decided he wanted the teal ones in Merrell’s other style with the strap for kids.

These shoes fit like a glove, and I have not taken them off since Christmas ! Great arch support. Very sturdy sole. Very stylish and I get lots of compliments.
