We unpacked it outside and brought each piece into the house. It helps to look at each piece and sort them down you can easily find and account for them. Has a slight wobble when climbing by that’s expected. Other than that we love this bed. I got it in white and love the color. Took a while to assemble but instructions were very easy to follow and it came with a pair of gloves which my husband really appreciated. Children are happy parent are happy
