There are plenty of easy to make recipes that are healthier versions if you are eating low carb or KETO. This stuff tastes good but there is NO WAY it is worth $45 unless you just want to toss your money into the wind. I am in shock seeing this price and refuse to purchase it. I was wanting to take it on vacation with me but I will eat my strawberries by themselves. This product is rock hard in cool/cold weather and extremely soft in warm/hot weather. I will say it does not spike my blood sugar which is awesome....but simply is being sold for a price that is beyond belief. I make a wonderful version at home that Carolyn Ketchum has a recipe for and it is KETO and not hard to make at all. It tastes amazing and IS KETO.
