My application was with a tile saw that had a mounted box made to accept this switch. I do not think a wall switch cover plate would work as this switch seems smaller **Q: How good is the quality?** A: Does the job **Q: Is this a no volt release (nvr) switch?** A: I am not sure about NVR. But this switch is electromagnetic switch. If power cut off when the marchine is running, it won't start when power on before you push the green button again. **Q: On this switch how do i know whats pos. and whats neg the in and out** A: It really doesn’t matter. It’ll work either way. But. You have a top and bottom. On the back it should say IN on the top ( depends on which way you have it ). So that’s where the power is coming in. And then the bottom wire would go OUT to the device you want power to. Usually the red button is off And green is on. Before Mount it in. Connect the wires. If red turns it on. Then switch them. If it doesn’t matter to you.
