This is my second B&S fedora, I also have the larger Lewis with a 3.5” brim. Sizing on the Doyle is more true to size than the Lewis. Lovely hat overall, quite a classic look, a fairly small brim. I’d just like to see a fedora with a 2.5” brim between this and the Lewis. I have included photos of both hats on me so you can see the large difference in size. Note, I have modified the pinch on my Doyle for a sharper look, it didn’t come like this.

This is a great value beautifully made hat. It has exceeded my expectations as far as quality of felt and workmanship goes. I bought the navy blue one and the colour was just what I wanted and true to the picture. Would be 5 stars but it is a little looser than I would like, I chose a 58 as that is what my other fedora hats are (this might arguably be described a trilby) and my motorcycle helmets are always a large. I think this may be better described as a 59.. For some reason I had also expected this to come with a feather which it didn't but it looks great anyway.

First and foremost, the size chart is correct, and this fits perfectly, beautifully crafted and nice to have a more 'old fashioned' style with a turn up at back and smaller brim. Very Leonard Cohen, who is one of my heroes. I have a small selection of hats for when I leave the house, this is my new favourite.

Was a bit sceptical about buying another fedora from amazon, however I seen this company and done some research. Everything checked out so I bit the bullet and purchases one. Delivery was today opened the package and first impression was the box it came in company name all over it. Opened the box looked at the fedora and wow! Very impressed, tried it on and fits perfectly and very comfortable to wear, snapped the front down and ....perfect. 10/10 for this company. Thinking for getting another one already. £51 for this hat? Definitely. Great value for the money. Warmth? Don't know yet its spring and 20° outside.

Fantastic fedora/trilby hybrid (more fedora then trilby) . Very sturdy and holds shape well. Thicker material but not chunky to make the brim too stiff. Arrived well packaged in box with brown paper filler to secure hat inside to avoid damage during transit. Brim is a good size, I have a rounder face and the brim makes my face look thinner. Saying that the pinch could be steamed to give more pinch to suit a thinner face. The hat band is quality and attached well, the bow is well formed. All around the brim snaps down well with good firmness. I snap the front of my hats and the brim snaps with a slight down curve which is flattering. The transition between the up snap and the down snap can be adjusted by shaping with the fingers.. The transition will stay in pace.... The brim is folded under and stitched with a good attention to detail. Great quality... I will be buying from this brand again, perhaps a Homberg...

In meinem Leben habe ich noch keinen Hut getragen. Doch mit bald 50 Jahren verspürte ich plötzlich das Verlangen, es mal auszuprobieren, und entschied mich für den B&S Premium Doyle Fedora. Was soll ich sagen? Er macht wirklich was her! Zunächst war es für mich ungewohnt, mit Hut durch die Gegend zu laufen – ich fühlte mich fast wie ein Gangster aus den Capone-Jahren. Doch ich gewöhnte mich schnell an diesen stilvollen Begleiter, und er zieht ohne Frage die Blicke auf sich. Die Qualität des Huts ist hervorragend. Die Verarbeitungsnähte sind äußerst hochwertig und fallen nicht auf, was bei vielen Hüten oft ein Problem ist. Selbst nach einem leichten Regenguss hat der Hut seine Form gehalten und trocknete schnell zu Hause. Nach längerem Tragen konnte ich am innenliegenden Stirnband keinerlei Schweißflecken feststellen, was für den Tragekomfort spricht. Ich kann diesen Fedora nur empfehlen für Damen und Herren, die ein wenig Stil zeigen und ein aus der Mode gekommenes Accessoire gerne mal tragen möchten. Ein klarer Kaufimpuls für alle, die ihr Outfit aufwerten wollen!

Lo barato sale caro, y he preferido gastarme más dinero en un sombrero de calidad. Ya que es algo que usaré habitualmente. Esto es importante, si buscas un sombrero para usar un par de veces o de risas te recomendaría comprar cualquiera de 15-20 euros. Adjunto unas fotos (mi sombrero es gris oscuro y talla 56) para que se aprecia como es: La 1° es la parte delantera, la 2° la trasera, la 3° por dentro, la 4° por delante y las alas dobladas y la 5° con las alas dobladas y la copa del sombrero metido hacia abajo. Por qué sí, puedes escoger entre las alas rectas o doblarlas y también tener la copa hundida hacia abajo o tenerla hacia arriba. La cinta negra que rodea el sombrero es preciosa y en persona el sombrero gana más que en fotos. Vino antes de lo esperado, bien cuidada y bien envuelta. La estrené ayer y hoy y me queda muy bien, es cómoda, no pesa y es elegante. Si buscas calidad y elegancia, le daría una oportunidad.

Cappello perfetto, ottime proporzioni tra corona e tesa, che non è troppo ampia. Il colore è una tonalità di marron che ha riflessi verdi, non è verde, un colore bellissimo. Porto una tg.58 e la misura sarebbe ottima anche per un 59, nell’interno c’è un laccetto a scomparsa per un eventuale piccolo restringimento. Un classico in versione moderna che può essere abbinato a qualsiasi abbigliamento.
