Excellent seat for bath or lifting from a fall
Very strong and easy to use lifting chair, I often trip and need help to get up,this lift goes very low so it is easy to get on to, I am 18 stone and it lifts me with no effort to a normal sitting level, it can also lower you and lift you in the bath. Very impressed with the product.

this is an amazing piece of kit - well worth the money
this is an amazing piece of kit - well worth the money. doesn't need assembling, just take it out of the box and it works. Our neighbour fell in the garden yesterday and rather than call 999 we took this chair and he was up and standing again in a few seconds. Love the fact it has wheels so can be transported easily. Definitely recommend this if you are looking to buy a sturdy chair lift.

Saves calling an ambulance!
This has saved us 3 ambulance/lifeline calls in a week. I have an elderly parent that I can no longer pick themselves off the floor when they fall and this go rise is exactly what I was looking for to get them off the ground. Used on tiled kitchen, carpeted bedroom and living room. Some key things to note... > It is expensive but worth it for someone who is a fall risk and you are trying to prevent injury to yourself in getting them up. >It is heavy but that is due to being quite sturdy. >It can be difficult for someone with very little strength and mobility to lift/shimmy/bumshuffle on to the seat, as even when flat on the floor it has a 2 inch raise. > The white arm attachments are useless and flimsy, we use it without them. > It can not be operated by the fall patient on their own, it needs someone to monitor for safety. > Its advisable to lean the go rise against a wall if possible, to provide additional support to the person trying to shimmy on. > The rise does not get to the same height as a normal chair, this might be ok for smaller people, taller people will likely struggle to get themselves to standing position without support or proper arm rests...which this does not have. > There are other GO Rises that are likely studier but the portability on this is excellent, I can lug this up or downstairs as needed (which has been useful for falls at night) >Assembly was easy but like I said the flaps are useless. Power excellent, haven't charged it in 3 weeks. >Can be hidden behind sofas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANY CARER DEALING WITH A PATIENT THAT FALLS THAT CANT PICK THEM OFF THE FLOOR ANYMORE. THIS SAVES WAITING HOURS FOR AMBULANCES. Note to the Product Developers...Thank you for creating this, some recommendations have the seat rise up at least 3 inches more. Please try flatten the seat more. Create detachable, proper arm rests attached to the back support not the seat.

I don’t know how I managed without one ***** additional review****
I recently had a bad fall and with one knee which has been replaced and the other needs doing I found it virtually impossible to get up off the floor onto the bed. I decided to research aids to help me to get off the floor and found this beauty. It’s so easy to use.. just slide onto it , press the button and then slide off onto the chair or bed. Another great use is to lower myself onto floor level then carry out something simple like looking under the bed for something you have dropped, painting the skirting boards or anything that I had to ask people to do for me, I can do safely and get up afterwards. A real game changer… money well spent. Follow-up review….. ***** I had an issue with the hand controller, contacted them and explained all the problems I was having…. I got an immediate apology and was told they’d send me a new controller ****** FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really excellent for getting someone disabled up after a fall.
My wife has Parkinson's and I was doing my back in lifting her up after her frequent falls. This works great. Can be tricky manouvering her onto it if she falls in a tight spot but still invaluable. Easy to use and folds away when not in use.

Trustworthy
Very well made, sturdy, I feel very safe using it, in fact I trust it so much I bought another one. It is very very easy to use, and I recommend it highly.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
I'm a full time carer and unfortunately falls happen. Sometimes it's as simple as sliding off a chair when unatended. What to do next is always a problem. I don't want to hurt them and I don't want to hurt myself as they depend upon me. The ambulance crews around my area have an inflatable lift, but this in my opinion is better (and I've used it a few times now). The fact it can be used as a rise and fall bath chair is just a bonus. It goes low enough to get the patient on to and it lifts high enough for a very comfortable back to standing position. Very happy with the purchase.

Sturdy and helpful, would recommend.
Using to get off the floor to chair/wheelchair. Sturdy but quite slow and noisy. Easy to charge. Would recommend especially for those that fall.

Good for people who fall
Bought this to help get up off the floor if or when I fall. I have IBM and sometimes for no real reason my legs just give out and I fall. I'm not able to get up on my own because I don't have the muscle strength in my upper legs to get up. So I bought this to help me get up if I ever needed it. We tested it out a few time and it works. I haven't fallen yet to use it and better not to fall. I bought it as insurance for if I ever need it. Since it can hold up to 330 lbs, I told my brother when it's time to change tires for winter or summer, he can try using this to lift the tires into the trunk to bring to the garage. Update: I fell this winter on the first step outside my home when my legs didn't have the strength to climb up. I couldn't get up on my own. Had my brother get the SuperHandy lift chair and I put my wheelchair cushion on the seat to give it a little more height. I put the chair beside the stairs and raised it to align with the first step I was sitting on. I scooted over onto the chair and raised it to the maximum height. I placed a walker in front of it for support for when I get up. It took a few tries, but I finally was able to stand up. So glad I bought this in advance as a just in case I need it item.

Easy to use and works wonderfully.
Really no assembly except hooking up the remote and putting on the side extensions. I haven’t put on the side pieces yet. I’ve already had to use it once to get mom up after a fall and it worked great. Rises and lowers slowly so not a scary ride. I was able to get her on it pretty easily and raised her up high enough that she could stand with her walker and then walk to a seat. Normally, would have had to call someone to get her up as I cannot lift her alone. Great device. Hopefully it lasts a long time. Folds up for storage so doesn’t take up a lot of space. Have not used for bath.

Essenziale per disabili a terra
Buona anche perché le due routine permettono il trasporto a trolley essendo un oggetto forte con il minimo peso possibile ma necessario per essere solido. Veramente essenziale per disabili in caso di caduta a terra.
