One of my cameras doesn't move even with 100% full of battery, at first it was working well but suddenly stop working the pan mode through the app.

This was my second beenocam purchase, I loved the first one. This one sucks. - The app doesn't have saved presets like my other cam. You have to manually pan to see different things instead of just hitting a button to auto-navigate. This also removes all the related features like automatically returning to a specific position on startup or after motion tracking. - Viewing via Alexa only shows the telephoto lense (not the normal wide angle lense), so you can only see the very center of the image. This is reason enough for me to return it. 90% of what I can see in the app is missing since I can only see the very center of the camera image. This makes it unusable to me. Picture quality is good, but it fails at the basic usability stuff. I wish I could get the model I purchased last year instead. It looks exactly the same but there were so many more features.
