How did I live without this?? My ice coffee made in this is the best I have ever had. It is very easy to use and also very easy to clean. I was very impressed with the quality of the pitcher. It is very thick acrylic and cleans up great with absolutely no staining or discoloration. I am going to be ordering another for my brother! I highly recommend this one!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I felt like this product deserved one. This is an excellent cold brew maker. It is very easy to use and has a great 1,200 mL capacity. The plastic construction is more versatile (less fragile) than other brewers made from glass. The filtration system eliminates the sludge that other brew systems leave. The packaging is very thoughtful - a scoop and sponge are included. The scoop is easily overlooked, but it is the perfect size to clean the used grounds out of the filter. The sponge is an unexpectedly useful form factor to help with cleaning. Hopefully the sponges can be ordered separately, since sponges don't last forever. Some minor downsides: Cleaning is moderately easy, but the only component that is recommended for the dishwasher is the pitcher (which is also easiest to clean by hand). All of the other elements are recommended for hand washing, which doesn't take long. The way the filter is configured, the pitcher will work most effectively if stored (at least for part of the brew cycle) on its side. However, there is a vent in the lid that is prone to leaking when the pitcher is stored on its side. Brewing upright can lead to the top grounds not getting exposed to water. Unfortunately, one of the pieces broke during routine use after a couple of months: the pitcher lid is attached with a couple of hinges that snap the lid into place on the pitcher. One of the hinge attachments broke. I contacted customer service and a replacement pitcher arrived four days later. I'd recommend being careful with these hinge attachments as they seem prone to break. At the same time, the customer service is very responsive and suggests that they take support of their products seriously.

One of my favorite purchases in a long time. This coffee maker is just a perfect size and it can be put in the fridge in any direction, on its side, on its top, whatever. It does not leak and it's very easy to clean. Just a superior product all the way around.

Got it today. Just put it to use and made some cold brew. Looks nice and sturdy and doesn’t leak. Has a great large capacity to make a lot of cold brew. Lid closure is great and seals nicely. Very easy to use and user friendly. The plastic material is very thick feeling so that tells me it will withstand quite a bit. I like it so far. My only issue is as soon as I opened the box and pulled the spoon out, it was broken. The bottom stand is completely broken and barely stands up. So that’s disappointing. Otherwise, seems very nice.

This cold brew maker is easy to use and does the job well. I get smooth coffee every time without bitterness. The size is good and fits in my fridge without taking much space. The filter works well and keeps most of the grounds out of the coffee. Cleaning is simple and does not take much time. The build feels solid for daily use. I like that I can control how strong the coffee is by changing the water and coffee ratio. One thing to know is that you need coarse ground coffee for best results. (I use Bizzy coffee) Letting it steep longer makes the flavor better. It is not insulated, so you should keep it in the fridge while brewing.

Well built, solid feel and no leaks in the fridge. I was hesitant when the directions said to brew in a horizontal position, but the seals are right and there's no leakage. It may seem like your using a lot of grounds but after doing the math I figured it was costing me around $1.50-$1.70 for a 16 oz. cold brew that tastes just as good or better than well... you know who. Set it up in the afternoon and the next morning get ready for the goodness.

So far this has been a big improvement from a different brand cold brew maker I had. It is simple and easy to used doesn’t leak. The coffee comes out tasting great! It has a smart design that works well. It’s a great deal for how well it works. It is big enough to last all week but not take up to much space in the fridge.

It was great until the seal stopped holding. Since I brew with the carafe in its side for a stronger brew, I couldn’t use it anymore

I tried multiple clod brew make, I can tell you it is the best one yet

I previously had a 2L cold brew cylindrical glass jug that works but has a plastic handle that feels like it could snap from its own weight. It also barely fits in my fridge due how tall it is. This one works much better for me thanks to the relatively compact rectangular shape, short height, and much sturdier handle. While it only tops out at about 1.2L, this is more than enough for me. Takes me like 3 days to finish that amount of coffee. The most noticeable difference is the weight. This now feels more like taking out a carton of milk than a 10lb dumbbell. Very happy with this cold brew pitcher.

This cold brew maker is a dream! I am huge on come brew over here, and have gone through more than a few different brewers trying to find the right fit… this is the one!!! The measurement lines are accurate with coarse ground coffee- perfect! Saves me a step, weighing! This whole pitcher feels thick and quality. Unlike other pitchers, I feel like this one could easily survive a fall from my counter, AND bonus, it is 100% leakproof. Like not a drop spilled leakproof, so I wouldn’t even lose any cold brew in the process. As noted by another reviewer, I DO find the locks are extremely difficult to open, but it is brand new, and I am hoping after a few uses that eases up. It may not be that difficult for some users, but I have carpal tunnel and do currently find it’s a bit of a struggle. The filter is a fine mesh, but is NOT a steel mesh, which I typically prefer for longevity reasons, but this filter is designed in a way that I shouldn’t have to scrub it and risk the integrity of the mesh- so I am optimistic and will update my review if there are any issues with filter lifespan. Another bonus, it is absolutely fine enough to filter loose leaf tea- so I will certainly be trying that! Overall I think this is an AMAZING cold brew pitcher for the price, I do wish it was bigger, however, that’s because we are cold brew gluttons and not any dig towards the product haha. I may very well have to purchase a second to keep up with our demand!

I bought this to make a cold coffee drink made with milk and a caramel flavouring. I used to buy ready made milk based coffee drinks from the supermarket and whilst they were nice I was worried about the amount of sugar in them so looked in to making an equivalent drink but without the sugar. Another problem with the bought drinks was the caffeine in them which if I drank a couple of glasses during the evening I struggled to get to sleep afterwards. This item looked ideal as it had a decent capacity, came with a measuring scoop and cleaning sponge, looked good and would sit in a space in the door of my fridge. So to use it I normally add 4 scoops of ground decaffeinated coffee to the infuser section, put in 8 shots of sugar free caramel syrup (Monin brand) to the jug then fill up to the top mark with semi-skimmed milk. The top is then clipped into place and the infuser section lowered in and turned to lock, screw on the lid and place in the fridge to allow the coffee to infuse. I find this makes a cold coffee drink that is easily comparable with the shop bought ones but without the added sugar and decaffeinated to suit. The item is also very easy to clean once you've finished drinking the contents upon which you will be wanting to make more.
