This 100% pure herb is organically grown and contains no additives or preservatives, which is exactly what I was looking for in a calming herb. The 150g of handpicked lemon balm is packed with potential, and I’m already seeing its benefits. I’ve been using it as part of my natural wellness routine to help promote a sense of calmness, and it’s definitely been effective. With a rich history of stress relief dating back to the Middle Ages, this herb is part of a long-standing tradition, and it’s easy to see why—it works wonders! I incorporate it into my nightly routine, and it’s made a noticeable difference. I feel more relaxed and ready for bed, leading to more peaceful sleep. I’ve also read that Lemon Balm can help with appetite improvement, and I’ve noticed subtle positive effects in that area as well. As a bonus, the reusable packaging is a fantastic touch. The food-grade craft paper stand-up pouch with a zip-lock is perfect for keeping the herbs fresh while reducing waste. It’s clear that this brand cares about sustainability and the environment. Overall, this Lemon Balm Leaf has been a wonderful addition to my health routine. It’s a great value for a high-quality product that delivers on its promises. I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a natural way to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall calmness. Review: Very pleasant tasting tea - As shown in the product description the tea is packaged in a resealable bag which keeps it fresh. I work from home and drink a lot of tea to help me get through the day. I'd never tried lemon balm leaf before so thought I'd give it a go. As far as taste goes it's very pleasant but no hint of the lemon that I was expecting. I tend to prefer sleepy/calm style teas such as valerean, marshmallow, and camomile. Tastewise lemon balm falls into a similar category for me. If you like the previously mentioned teas then you'll probably like this too as it's not a million miles away in terms of flavour. Overall I'm very happy with this tea. Recommended.

Doesn't taste fresh
Last year moved house and had to leave behind my big lemon balm plant, which was really disappointing. So i was happy to try this, and £17 for a big 150g bag seemed like a great deal. The tea infused yellow-brown, and doesn't taste particularly fresh. Personally I am not so fond of this, and I'm mixing it with mint to improve the flavour. I feel as though it has been stored too long, or not dried effectively. When I have made lemon balm tea from my own plant, even after a year the dried leaf has tasted much more fresh than this product.

Relaxing tea 🫖
This lemon balm ( AKA vervain) infusion is more common in France, where I acquired a taste for it, than in the UK. It doesn't contain caffeine so is a great option for unwinding at the end of the day. The distinctive lemon scent is there, but is much weaker than you get from the fresh plant. As it is pure leaf, it can be used for cooking. ℹ️ It comes in a large Ziploc bag. Although this can be resealed, the seal will deteriorate as the odd bit of leaf gets trapped in it. The constant opening will help more air get in contact with the leaves causing deterioration by the time you get to the end. To solve these problems and to keep the tea at its freshest, you can decant it into sealed jars or vacuum sealed smaller quantities. ⚠️The packet says 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗸 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻. ℹ️🧛 Vervain is supposed to keep vampires at bay. I've not been able to test this as I have no available vampires.

Brews well, aromatic, good-quality tea.
I recently ordered the 'Lowhill Valley Lemon Balm Leaf (30g)' to help me unwind after some particularly hectic days, and I’ve been really pleased with it. The packaging is simple but practical, and it arrived promptly, which was a nice start. As soon as I opened it, I was greeted by a lovely, fresh lemony scent that instantly felt uplifting. The leaves are handpicked and organically grown, with no additives or preservatives, which I really appreciate—it’s reassuring to know I’m using something pure and natural. I’ve been making a cup of tea with about a teaspoon of the dried leaves steeped in hot water for 10 minutes or so. The flavour is gentle and subtly citrusy, not overpowering at all, and I sometimes add a touch of honey to enhance it. It’s become a soothing little ritual in my evenings. What I love most is how it seems to take the edge off my stress. After a long day, it helps me feel calmer and more relaxed without making me drowsy—just a nice, steady sense of ease. I’ve even noticed it’s been easier to drift off to sleep on nights when I’ve had a cup. My partner tried it too and said it felt like a “quiet hug in a mug,” which sums it up nicely! The 30g pack is a decent size for the price, and a little goes a long way, so it feels like good value. The quality is excellent—clean, consistent leaves with no dust or odd bits you sometimes find in lesser products. I’d happily recommend this to anyone looking for a natural way to de-stress or just enjoy a comforting herbal tea. It’s a small luxury that’s made a big difference to my routine!

Not for me. A bit non-descript.
I like the Moringa tea from the same company, but this one I can't seem to get on with. To me, it just doesn't really smell or taste of anything - I was so looking forward to a bit of gentle citrus to calm and soothe, as I've had in other lemon balm leaf teas, but it just tastes grassy and non-descript to me, not sure why. I know I don't have the most educated palate, but I've had other teas of the same description that had a lovely calming gentle citrussy taste. Ok as a random green type tea I suppose. I was just hoping for a bit different.

Fresh, fragrant, and great quality lemon balm!
Fresh, fragrant, and great quality lemon balm! Perfect for calming teas and natural relaxation. It came in a rather large bag that it's easy to use but difficult to store. Love that it's organically grown and free from additives. A bit pricey, but the purity and handpicked quality make it worth it.

A Lovely Settling Brew
This is a great value packet of organic lemon balm tea that has a mild lemon scent that stays with the cup for the duration. I can't take citrus fruits & sometimes miss them so being able to have a sip of lemon balm is a great option. Lemon balm is a herb from the mint family so if you're ok with mint this is a great choice. The leaves are loose with a decent cut that's not all dust so you can easily spoon it into either a paper tea bag or a little steeper for the cup. I used paper tea bags which work really well for this brew. The scent is lovely & almost as soon as the water hits the leaves it begins it's magic. The instructions state a 10-15 minute steep but depending on how much herb you use this can be as little as 5 minutes. I can't vouch for how effective this is medicinally for the reputed calming qualities, but it has worked for me already as a tummy soother so it has some good things going for it & shows that the herb is fresh enough to be efficacious. The taste is lovely, nice & fragrant. Recommend
