This forearm trainer is not just for your forearms. It can be used for multiple exercises. I bought the 12lb version. You can adjust the tension on the spinning wheels that makes it harder or easier, depending on your workout. I used it as a dumb bell, overhead pull down, tricep exerciser. You can search for different exercises online. You can use it for forward and reverse spins. This helps build your biceps and shoulders. This item is very sturdy and well built. I would definitely recommend it. This was bought as a Father’s Day present, and I very pleased with it. For the price, you’re getting a good product. I searched plenty of these before I took the plunge. Definitely the best one out there.

Bought this to strengthen wrists and forearms for Moto cross after an injury. Have to say they are pretty good and certainly seem to target the right muscle groups for off road riding. They are well put together with a nice smooth action. Time will tell if they do the job, but so far I'm very pleased with them.

Nice peice of kit takes getting used to but works

Great bit of kit, ideal for taking with you if you go away. I keep it on my desk and it's in range to do a minute or two at any point and feel that burn.

Absolute waste of money. No matter how much you tighten the strength level it is all the same, I can't feel the difference. Do not buy it it is a waste of time and money.

This works well. I am very happy with quality of it's construction. The price is good compared to similar devices.

The resistance is controlled by friction, this tighter you turn the dial the more pressure and hence more friction, this is very limited and on the max setting find that it is about enough for my 14year old son but not much of a challenge for an adult

Ausgezeichnetes Fitnessgerät um ein Vielzahl an Muskelregionen und Gelenkspartien zu stärken. Durch die Ergonomische Rotationsbewegungen sind die Übungen sehr Gelenke schonend. Was eventuell zu verbessern wäre ist der Zustand das es diese brennende Maschine nur in 5,4kg zu kaufen gibt. Da es sicher mehrere Menschen wie mich gibt, die mit den Gelenken Probleme haben, wäre eine 3kg oder ähnlich sehr willkommen! Trotzdem 5 Sterne. Das Design ist edel und es ist alles gut verarbeitet und wertig. Gäbe es eine 3kg Version wäre es für mich ein Pflichtkauf. Top Produkt!
