I am extremely disappointed with this cream. Even after doing a proper patch test, I developed rashes and acne-something I have never experienced with any other skincare product before. I trusted this brand because of its reputation and the claim of being herbal and skin-friendly, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite. Instead of helping my skin, this product has caused irritation and breakouts. I feel like I have wasted my money on this product. I would strongly urge the brand to look into this issue seriously. I expect a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
