Excellent value on a wide range of probiotics, all of the ingredients are listed on the label. The health benefits are broad in scope and are pretty much common knowledge now. I started taking them just as soon as I received them, easy to swallow, sat well on my stomach right from the first, and I think that others will have similar results. Today I used one of the capsules to kick start a batch of a type of kvass and already this evening I can see it's starting to work, with a rim of fine bubbles forming on the top of the jar. This will work just fine for anything that a probiotic can do.

Seems to be a good product. Within a few days, I can tell my innards really appreciate this product. not just one or two strains... but 40... I will get again.
