So far.. soooo good! 1. Yes, it's a little pricey- but you get what you pay for! 2. Came 4 days earlier than expected!! And in 3 boxes 3. was so easy to put together!!! The two of us layed it all out in a circle in how you would put it together and built around and then up. 2 hours total. 4. we got the 15ft one with 500lb wt limit so the whole family could be on it together. Great spring strength, the netting was nice and thick, the poles had foam on them and a cover to protect you from bumping. The sewn in screen to mat is fabulous so your feet can't even reach the net! Our son (kid age 10) loves it, he is having so much fun just on the first night! The basket ball hoop is so nice that it's in two poles instead of the net like other brands, the L shape opening is great if you prefer not to be squeezed in! And the steaks to screw it in were heavy duty!! I specifically bought this one bc of the base it has, this gives it better security, gets a higher jump bc of the even weight, and is able to handle more weight. We are very satisfied with this purchase!!

The trampoline is great! Our whole family loves it. Great design, stability and size. Because of the very strong wind the basketball hoop adapters broke. I emailed the customer service and I received a response super quickly!!!! Donna helped me with kindness and professionalism. Even though weather damage is not covered by warranty she did the exception and requested the free parts for me. We are super happy!!!!

I shopped for weeks looking for the perfect trampoline. I had like three in my cart but decided on this one for a couple of different reasons. One reason was the reviews and another was because this one came with the basketball net and also because the safety net was connected to the mat which I love. It was a lot easier to put together than I thought it would be. It took us 3.5 hours but I forgot to put the covers on the top bars so I had to do some disassembly then reassemble. That was my fault. This trampoline is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The kids love it and I love it. We went with the 14 foot and we have a 12 and 4 year old at home. I thought about going with the 12 foot but I am glad I decided on the 14 foot. It is worth every penny and I truly believe you get what you pay for so if you’re on the fence this is what you should buy period.

Bought for my grandchildren for christmas a year ago. I bought it because it held more weight than some and I have 8 grandchildren It was a little more work to put together but it has held up well and has strong bounce.

This has been a great trampoline. Seems high quality except for the basketball hoops board snapped off in a windstorm.

Trampoline is easy to put together and very sturdy and safe. Also, OUTSTANDING customer service. About six months in to owning the trampoline we had some boys pull on the hoops and break the two connector joints that hook to the vertical poles. They also pulled off the basketball hoop netting. We asked Zupapa if we could get replacement parts, and they sent us both connectors and new hoops without charge. We had them within about three days as well. Great product, fantastic customer service.

We got this trampoline for Christmas so it's 5 months in and my kids still love it! It bounces so well and the nets are well made for the kids running into (we don't let them hang on them) we habe had 2 adults and 3 kids at the same time with no issues.
