At two years old, I had a stoneware plate dropped on my nose. I've dealt with the inability to get a constant flow of air through my nose for my entire life, from childhood. It's all I've known. I'm also a long-distance runner (half marathons and the occasional marathon) and have been doing so with an obstructed airway for well over 20 years. As I've been getting more serious about my training, I decided to try these out. I was extremely skeptical, and these are kind of expensive -- especially for only one in the package. I opened it up and questioned how it could possibly work. I was convinced it wouldn't help much and might even impede my airway. I moistened the dilator as instructed and got it positioned in a mirror (took about 30 seconds). It slid right in! Felt a little weird, but I got used to it quickly. It was super easy to get it positioned, and once there, it held nicely. Even coming off of a flu, I could immediately feel a subjective difference. This was the first time I've ever been able to breathe in through my nose FULLY when running at a moderate pace. It was literally a feeling I've never known before -- and it was amazing. I'm not joking when I say that my Garmin told me my performance was +3 that day -- and it was -1 the day before. It was that much of a difference in my comfort. I also found it was helping me breathe more consistently and slowly while running, so I just felt better. Will it translate to better times? Who knows. But it absolutely works for its intended purpose. I don't want to go back to running without this thing now.

Dilators doesn't stay put and slides out.

It works but just get the right size or those little knobs on the inside will slightly cut into your nose. They're meant to keep the insert in your nose, but if you get the wrong size it'll cause so much discomfort

Very uncomfortable, not usable at all. They also only sent me 1 when the box says 2 pieces and on the cover. when I opened it there was 1 on the outside and an empty blue box.

Use this everyday, and night. Works great.

It does exactly what it states it would do. I really like the product. I just don't think its overpriced.

I think I will like it, but supposed to be 2 and only 1 in box ☹. Did not appear to have been opened previously.

Seit ich es benutze, bekomme ich deutlich mehr Luft und fühle mich insgesamt viel freier beim Atmen. Die Anwendung ist einfach und der Effekt hat mich positiv überrascht. Ich komme sehr gut damit zurecht und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

El paquete correcto. Fàcil de poner. Debería ser de color y no tramsparente porque te cae y no se encuentra rápidamente. Efectividad para ronquidos no es del 100%. Te ayuda a respirar mejor. No lo he probado para deporte.

Great piece of kit, used it to run as my left nostril is always blocked and this does work. Tried it for sleeping too, not sure if I snore or not but helped me with my breathing.
