I use the antiperspirant spray roughly every 4-5 days and I find this works perfectly for me. On days that I use the spray I use the shower gel before hand, ensure arm pits are throughly dry and spray the antiperspirant- leave to dry for around 10 minutes before getting into pyjamas and going to sleep. In the morning I’ll use the deodorant and find I only need one application in the morning a that is fine for the whole day. Love this product especially as it doesn’t need to be washed off in the morning so for a night shower a busy morning girl this is perfect! Great value for money, works out cheaper to buy in the set and all 3 products are worth it! Very easy to apply and dries within 10 minutes - don’t burn at all so it feels fine for your skin. Highly recommend this product even in winter with layering up often comes a lot more sweat and this has been life changing!
