As a lifelong insomniac that has tried melatonin for many years I was not convinced this would be different. This was prescribed by my naturopath years ago and changed everything for me. I am an adult, speak to a healthcare professional before giving to a child. But this is hands down the best melatonin I’ve ever used.

Puts me to sleep and am not groggy in the am

I travel -- often (100,00 air miles per year). This lovely liquid melatonin spray helps my body to adjust to changes in time zones and relax in new hotels. I have two things that I LOVE about this product: 1) I can easily control the dosage, 1 spray to 3 sprays. I don't always need 3 sprays, this gives me flexibility. 2) The product says you must have 5 hours for rest to use. This is much shorter than the 8 hours of the other melatonin products that I've tried. I keep one spray in my travel bag and one spray in my nightstand.

bottle leaked fluid -almost gone need another bottle will send this one back -might be cracked-never opened yet!

Lige saver for us as a parent of autism. Very effective and my daughter really sleeps well tru the night. And so easy to use just one spray and done. I wish all the meds for kids is just one spray so its easier for them to take specially in my case that she is autistic and doesnt want to take any medication. Recommended. Pls make some vitamins too thats its just spray.

It definitely makes your body relax and maybe it’s just me but I need to be in the right mind space to pass tf out pardon my French. But this works for me an over tired mom and my two crazy kids when they are over the top tired and fighting their sleep.

Works well. It would be a good idea to try 1 spray one night, 2 the next and so on to find the perfect amount for you. I used to use 5, but 2 sets me up very nicely. Perfect right beside my bed when or if needed. Hope this was helpful.

This is the best melatonin I've ever used. It doesn't taste too bad, and I only need 3 sprays for a good night sleep. I was using 10 mg dual release melatonin up until I tried this and I kept being very groggy in the morning. This gives me a good sleep and I feel more awake in the am. Highly recommend - good quality product.
