Nice wide base with 4, screws to allow you to hold up the tree. Since the base is circular, it's easy to feel where the weight of the tree is focused, meaning you can adjust the tilt of the tree to make sure it's not leaning too heavily in one direction. The fixings feel robust and the little nut on the end of the bolt means there's a little more surface area for it to attack to the tree. It comes pre-assembled so you just pop the tree in and screw it in! Holds water well (important to keep the tree hydrated) so no leaks and is robust enough to feel that I won't need to be buying another in my life time :)

I used this on a 6 foot tree and it worked well. The bolts that hold the trunk in place seemed to work as expected. No leaks and I had to refill the water every day.
