I am not one to write negative reviews.i will admit this machine worked great first two times I used it. Recommended it to several people. However the third time I used it began having issues and is now not usable. I have contacted both seller and Amazon since I am 3 days out of return period they are refusing to help. Now I have 70$ machine with attachments I purchased thru company and it's useless

loved this for the bottom of my pots and pans. cleaned them like new. used it to get all the soap scum off my shower curtain that even the washer wouldn’t clean. used it on the grout on the floor. only thing i suggest to NOT use it on is anything that has a protective coating on it. i used it on my french door air fryer/oven and it cleaned all the way down to the metal and was left with rust the next day. had to trash that appliance. otherwise. it’s fantastic.

This little steamer is absolutely crazy! I heard a couple of folks talking about it and saw some folks on the socials using them and Holy cow does this work! We just bought a house and this was an amazing attribution for cleaning the stove, oven, doors, tiles, fridges, you name it and this steamer can do it. It's easy to use and doesn't leak any. It's actually just been sitting in my basement for a few weeks now with water in the tank and zero leaks or issues. Can't recommend enough!

I’m very impressed with this steam cleaner! It heats up in just seconds and the steam power is strong enough to remove dirt and stains easily. The adjustable handle makes it comfortable to use, and the large water tank lasts a long time without constant refills. I also love the variety of accessories included for different cleaning tasks around the house. Very practical, efficient, and easy to use!

This is a good news/bad news item. The good news is that this is fantastic product for window washing and upholstery cleaning. Grimy fabric covered stool looks like new. ⁰Window washing time cut in half and no buckets, sponges or rags needed. Now for the bad news. If you're looking for a degreaser, look elsewhere. This unit does not have enough pressure to decrease a car engine compartment or an outdoor BBQ grill. Also, the provided power cord keeps deconnecting from the power unit. Not acceptable for portable use. However, I'm keeping the product for fabric cleaning and window washing. I'm going to improvise a mechanical strap to keep the power cord engaged. Hope this helps.

Steamer does not work as it should, it barely gets hot. I had the unit on for over 10 minutes with my bare hand right over the steam and was barely hot. Tried cleaning the door tracks and even shower tiles and literally did nothing but drip water. waste of money. Had the unit on max level 3 and wasn't even hot. Water coming out of the faucet was hotter than this machine.

I can’t use due to power requirements not compatible here in singapore.
