I can’t even start this laptop. I reached out to the seller two days ago and I’ve heard nothing back from them. Plus Amazon says I’m not eligible for a refund until I speak with the seller…who hasn’t responded… 🫤

Renewed computer
Computer works good. Had to reset windows 11 to get it to update. That the reason it don't get 5 stars. But having no problems so far with computer. I am enjoying it

I think the laptop's body isn't very clean, so he covered it with a cover.
Because the laptop body was covered with a cover of the same color, and I will would most likely return the laptop, I don't like these moves at all.

Worst refurb product experience ever
The laptop is spray painted over, and badly done. Paint scratches off with your nail. Thunderbolt port doesn’t work. Don't waste your time or money on this.
