Is there any video show how to use this jerky cutting board?

Not to my knowledge but it's pretty simple. Simply lay the cut of meat on one of the two pre-mitrered space and cut it with the knife.

Do not understand how it can cut a full piece?

I believe the packaging may be messing you up, It CAN CUT FULL pieces... out of a standard size London Broil etc..
