It was supposed to be an XL, and it didn't even fit my arm. So if you wear anything bigger than a M/L... don't waste your time. The elastic was popping with me just trying to put it on my upper arm. I wear a L/XL shirt. ### ⭐⭐ Check sizing well *by C***L on July 9, 2025* Does not stick well to skin, leaves coloring on the arm, and since it is not graduated it cuts circulation. They can improve if they made them smaller on one end and placed some kind of non-rolling plastic device inside the arm band. So it doesn’t roll down to the bottom of the arm.
