Why did you pick this product vs others?: I use this lamp every day. And I am so happy I ordered this model and not the one with the panel. I always wanted one and, when I saw the "frequently returned item" notice, I still did what my instinct told me to do. Being so big it does the job so much faster than my old red spotlight that I bought 2 years ago. With that one it was taking me forever for a full body session, but now, when I use them in tandem, I'm done in 10 minutes. So, when my spotlight breaks, I'll order another FlaoAito, to continue using two lamps at a time. I love the convenience of mobile lightboard heads that I can adjust any way I want, from treating half of my body or just the scalp. And the other colors really make a difference. Now I'll address some negative reviews. Some say that this lamp is not powerful enough. Compared to my spotlight that has an incandescent bulb with both red light and infrared, this lamp has LEDs. So, it doesn't emit as much heat. Also, the light from the incandescent lamp appears more intense. But I find these lamps equally effective. Heat is not what you are looking for from a light therapy lamp anyway, it's the light and its benefits. And it's not the light that produces heat, but the device itself, like all the electronics in use. So, it doesn't mean that, therapy-wise, one lamp is more powerful than the other. The wavelength is what matters. Also, remember that when you turn it on, the light will be dimmed, on the lowest setting. Use the level buttons to make it brighter. And if you still think it's not strong enough, consider extending your sessions with some extra minutes. Nothing bad will happen. Some say this lamp does not have infrared. Infrared is not visible light. So, unless they have a way to measure that, I can go with the trust that it has, based on the progress in my wellbeing. Others say that the remote buttons for the timer stopped working. I thought so too, at a point. Still, I didn't feel like returning the lamp and I'm glad I didn't. Because soon, I discovered that I was pressing the buttons too hard and too long. Just a short quick press is enough. And now, the buttons work all the time. So, go with your feelings. If you want to buy this lamp, you may just be one of those who have no problems with it. Enjoy!

Buyers beware. Great price, but low quality. This product only worked for about 4 months. I used it for a total of about 10 hours in 4 months. Now when I turn it on it will not light up. I like the other customer review have tried other outlets it just won’t turn on any more, I would have at least expected it to last a year

For anyone suffering with muscle pain or sleep disorders this is an amazing light to help and heal. I feel electricity going through my body after I've used it. It's calming and I could never be without it.

I purchased this 5-head red and infrared light therapy device in December 2024. For the first few months, I used it very lightly, then put it away until October 2025. I used it lightly again through December, followed by more consistent use in January and February 2026. By March 2026, the unit would no longer power on. When it worked, the device was flawless and provided noticeable benefits for both my pets and family members. I would buy it again in a heartbeat—but based on other reviewers' experiences, reliability seems to be a recurring issue. I tested the power supply, which is outputting 12V to the controller, but the unit still won't turn on. At this point, I believe the problem lies with the main board—possibly a faulty manual switch. Unfortunately, I misplaced the remote, so I couldn't test whether the remote might bypass the switch circuitry. I really wish other reviewers had mentioned whether the remote can help power on the unit when the manual switch fails. I genuinely loved this 660nm and 850nm device for face, body, and muscle use, and I wish replacement parts were available to keep it functional. I also wish they offered an extended warranty for these units to ensure reliability and lasting product enjoyment. Great concept, poor long-term durability.

I ordered this red light therapy after i was diagnosed with endometriosis and had multiple surgeries back to back. I needed to lower the inflammation in my body and heal quickly, so i decided to splurge for the red light stand. I am so glad i did! I can’t go a morning without it now! I also LOVE all the other colors… so many benefits. I purchased this red light therapy over a year ago, and it is still in wonderful condition. It is easy to move and transport. The stand is adjustable so you can make it taller or shorter. The arms are also adjustable and bend to allow better lighting. The light comes with a remote on the cord or a separate remote. You can set a timer, adjust brightness, change color, and turn on/off. I highly recommend this for anyone going through any type of pain… it has helped me so much with my endometriosis pain. It can be easily folded and moved from one space to another. I often travel with mine, if traveling by car. It is very functional.

I really like this red light therapy lamp! It’s relaxing, helps my muscles recover, and my skin feels smoother after consistent use! Setup is easy, and the adjustable angles are convenient. The only downside is that I wish it was a little brighter for deeper therapy sessions, and the stand feels a bit flimsy, but it still works great overall. Definitely worth adding to your self-care routine!

When I was deciding on which red light therapy device to get, I had read that some people had issues with this one. That it would just stop working. However, the majority of the reviews were good. Well, I have had mine a little over a year. Have not used it that often. But now that I needed it to help with a concussion recovery, it won’t turn on.
