My cholesterol was high, so I was advised to take these, along with quite a few other things. My condition improved considerably, which now forces me to keep these in stock as part of my arsenal. I think the price is reasonable for a 3-month supply.

Not sure really
I bought this product as I saw someone in the comments had mentioned that this may help with acid reflux which I suffer from. I googled it and there is no scientific evidence one way or the other. I thought it was worth a try to see if this supplement would help. It didnโt, other than relieving me of ยฃ10 it also gave me headaches and a dodgy tummy. It made no difference to my acid reflux. I have since tried taking a probiotic drink everyday and this has definitely made a difference, I suffer vastly reduced bouts of acid reflux. Iโm not saying this is bad product in anyway and itโs been difficult to leave a review as I bought it for a specific reason that it didnโt help me with. It may well help others, but didnโt have any upside for me.

After 3 months theyserm to be working
Used for 3 months now, I think they have reduced issue of slightly enlarged prostate, I was experiencing. I will keep using this high strength capsule. Also using Saw Palmento capsule.

Polyphenol source?
Comes in a 20cm tall x 13cm wide packet. You tear the top off and it becomes self sealing. It weighs 72g. Inside are 90 capsules and you are supposed to take one per day so should last you 3 months. Allegedly supposed to give you the good effects of wine (Polyphenols), without actually getting drunk, and at a low cost - compared to lots of wine bottles. So far these have had no effect on me but they don't seem to have done any harm either - that's why I have given them 3 stars.
