I'm looking for clear pomade to use with brow colored powdegr, why is the product to be used with a wet spoolie ? Why wet?

not sure. haven't used it wet and works great. maybe to pick up less of the gel? a little goes a loooonnngg way. love this gel so much. best i've tried.

It makes them look wet bur not darker its mostly to position them!;)
