Great little ink pad!
Great little ink pad! It is full of ink and came very moist. I wish the lid stayed on better (to prevent drying just in case it popped off accidentally) but other than that, no complaints! The ink is super dark and very black. I got this to use with alphabet rubber stamps and although the stamps were no good, at least I had a good ink pad! By the way, don't order the alphabet stamps that come in the wooden box, they are garbage! Guess I need to find some better stamps so I can use my ink pad more!

Colorbox is back and it is archival
It broke my heart when I heard these stamp pads were out of production but they have returned better than ever. I love these ink pads for stamping because the provide a soft and very juicy pad. They are an acid free dye ink that is archival which means it won't smear if it gets wet, you are free to use sprays, paint, mediums, watercolors and anything wet with out smearing your original impression.

Black black!
good deal for an inkpad. I needed something to get my order up to the minimum for free shipping, and I'm glad I got this ink- it's worked perfectly with the rubber stamp alphabet my daughter gave me for Christmas. Fast-drying, permanent, and archival- plus it prints a nice deep black black.

Good product
Is a very pigmented ink black . But bleed through on bible pages even with gesso on them, but defenetely works great over thik pages. I used many often and so far is a long lasting ink

Good brand of stamp ink pad at a very reasonable price...hard-to-find colors.
Good quality stamper ink pad. The color is very nice. Bought it to use with a canvas photo of a bare tree with woodland critters nearby and where fingerprints are used as leaves on the tree. This brand can be found at nearby craft stores, but this was a color that was not available, so ordered it through Amazon.com (and it was cheaper!).

Nice!
This stamp pad is good enough to leave solid lines, where expected. I stamped the snowman with my black ink pad. It's not so dry that it's hard to get ink off, as some ink pads are. Overall, it seems to be a very good ink pad and I should be able to get quite a few impressions from it!

Dries out in a day! Do not buy!
So disappointed. So I needed a new ink pad and didn't have time to go the Michaels or Joanns. Since I was ordering stuff I added it on. What a waste on money! I literally used it several times in the same day and it felt dry right away! I went back to using the old Michaels ink pad and for having it about a year, still worked better than this 1 day old one. Do not buy!! $3 something but really a waste!

great color
Great color, easy to clean off fingers ( we used it for a fingerprint family tree). We wanted to sign names over the fingerprints and tried two different pens (both were Sharpies), but the ink was slow to dry -- made it tough to get the pens to work. I understand some inks are slow drying, but this was supposed to be fast. Not a huge deal -- perhaps just a hazard of using ink pads in general.
