It's the best bread "replacement" I've tried, but being realistic: it is not exactly like bread.
Have tried a few different brands and recipes, but so far this one is my favorite. I don't test my blood sugar or use keto strips, so I cannot speak to its claims about being 0 net carbs. [PACKAGING] The bread comes sealed nicely and stores well. After opened, my bread stayed soft in a ziplock bag for the 1 week out of the fridge without issue. I just opened the 2nd loaf and it is in great condition. [TEXTURE] Out of the package, it is soft and feels very similar to normal sliced, white bread. Untoasted, it is very chewy. Toasted, it's like regular bread. This bread is noticeably denser than storebought sliced bread. For me, two slices for a sandwich tasted too bready. It is tricky, but I like to slice the bread even thinner to get two pieces out of one. [COOKING WITH IT] One of the things I like most about this bread is that it toasts perfectly, just like normal bread. I made garlic bread, avocado toast, and grilled sandwiches. [TASTE] It's good. But you should realize it is not the same as plain white bread (personally, I don't think anything is). This bread is all fiber and you can taste it, although the taste is subtle. If you are eating simple things like buttered toast or are using bland fillings, the taste of the bread will come through. However, I didn't have any issues with taste when I made garlic bread and big meaty sandwiches. All in all, I am happy that I bought this bread and will likely try other products.

This in no way resembles bread!
This bread is really horrible I have been on a low carb diet for years so I am already aware of the flavor trade off when you substitute foods. This really is one of the worst things I have ever had. I'll start off with the smell the "bread" smells very funky. I tried to make French toast the "bread"was very chewy and tasted horrible not even butter or syrup could help it. It smells awful and when you toast it and then it becomes very hard it tastes like cardboard. With the consistency and smell I just could no bring myself to eat it plain. Not worth the money I honestly wouldn't eat it if someone paid me the money I paid for it. Please don't waste your time, your money or your carbs on this go get sprouted breads, cloud bread or caebquick!

Surprisingly good flavor!
Surprisingly good flavor for low carb bread. I like toast with steak & eggs and I don’t have to give that up with this bread. It is low carb so it’s not as fluffy as regular bread but it works well as toast. I don’t eat sandwiches so I’m not sure how it compares. It comes as 2 loaves - I put one in the freezer til I’m ready and once I open the first loaf I put the whole thing in a gallon ziplock bag and put it in the fridge. It keeps its freshness for longer. Yes it’s roughly $12.50 a loaf but to me it’s worth it as it keeps me on a low carb lifestyle

expensive, tastes pretty good, not-so-great customer service
In all fairness, there aren't a lot of good options out there for keto bread. You might say this product is one of the best. But that's not saying much. The Good: It tastes pretty good. Not great, but not awful, just meh. It's kinda like sourdough. I don't enjoy eating it with just butter, but it makes for a good grilled cheese sandwich. The Bad: It costs a lot more than regular bread. The slices are a bit small (talking about length and width), standard thickness. I actually think it would be better if they made the slices a little bit wider and taller but slice it thinner. The Ugly: It takes a really long time for shipping. I've ordered this bread about five times and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get here. Out of five orders (a total of ten loaves), two loaves arrived moldy. Both times, I notified them and they sent a replacement. But the second replacement took five weeks to arrive. And it seems to me that two out of ten is a pretty high failure rate. The first time, they sent a replacement without any trouble. The second time (about a year later), they made it harder on me, made me jump through more hoops, acted like maybe it was my fault or they didn't believe me. Finally they agreed to send a replacement. But they didn't give me a tracking number. Three weeks later, it still hadn't arrived, so I followed up on it. I found out they had waited 20 days before they even shipped it. Then it took another 10 days after that to get here. Two stars for customer service. We will probably buy this again. Maybe. I guess. We like the low carbs. But I can buy keto bread at the local supermarket which is almost as low in carbs, tastes better, is available right away instead of waiting 2-3 weeks, and costs less money. Overall, I think it's not a great bargain.

I take back my bad review!
OK I rushed to judgement. I am a diabetic and have been in a desperate search to cut carbs. I have tried all the other alleged zero or no carb breads yet when I tested my blood glucose one and two hours after eating them, my results soared, so they were dangerous to a diabetic's health. I was not thrilled with the texture and taste of this bread, so I wrote a bad one star review, they gave me a refund. But after a day I fished it out of the garbage and used it for toast and buns, started a series of tests using my blood glucose meter to chart results. THIS BREAD RAISES BLOOD SUGARS MINIMALLY! In sum, if you are a diabetic looking for a low carb bread this should be your choice. I realize I will never be able to enjoy a great tasting bread again and there are many BS breads advertising low carbs, but this company claims it is lab tested and I have asked them for proof. Other low carb bread companies I have communicated with use software to determine carbs, which is make believe. So I will stick with this. Also, it is expensive so I will ration my slices, which is a good thing for self control.

Expensive and doesn't take good at all
So this bread is expensive but doesn't taste good. It kind of tastes like its made with sawdust. It only tastes okay when its warm. Also, the slices are way too thick and too dry. I have had to eat this bread with plenty of water around. If not, I felt like I would choke.

Tasty...keto...bread...need I say more?
When I first started keto the biggest change to the lifestyle was convenience food was hard to find. In order to maintain the limited sugar restrictions and reach your fat intake you find yourself cooking and prepping meals ahead of time. But what about the carbs I hear you say? I know my biggest cravings are for breads and pasta. Yes you can make low carb bread on keto, I tried a few versions myself. Unfortunately most of them failed on one big level and that is texture. Most homemade recipes are almond or coconut flour based and have a texture like corn bread. Now don't get me wrong I love cornbread. But when I want a sandwich or grilled cheese...ohhhh....I need regular bread! A friend of mine introduced me to thin slim and I am hooked. I love their bagels, breads, and hamburger buns. All the taste and texture of regular bread without the carbs.

Nice and Chewy
Have you ever had CHEWY bread? This bread is like a Gum/Bread hybrid. Who thought this was okay? Who took the first loaf out of the oven , took a nice big, rubbery, tasteless, chewy bite and thought they could market this as bread? Have they thought about adding minty flavor and marketing it as gum????So many questions. The biggest question…..how can I get my money back? P.s. I thought toasting the bread would make it taste better, but I was wrong. Toasting the bread made it more chewy, and the taste was unpalatable. How do they sell this stuff, have they not tasted it?
