Der Generator ist einfach super für das Geld unschlagbar hab mir gleich 2 Bestellt wiel 2 Räucherofen hab ihn schon getestet heiss geräucherter Bauch gemacht einfach nur genial nun ist schon der Lachsschinken und ein Schweinen Nacken in Arbeit meiner Meinung nach eine Absulute Kaufempfehlung

I nabbed this instead of the cage type to ensure the heat source was well away from the food being smoked. It seems very efficient and the airflow can be adjusted to achieve the desired quantity of smoke. Easy to set up and get going, this has done a really good job oak smoking some basic cheddar. Impressed
