Puressentiel Rest & Relax Natural Air Spray 200ml with 12 Essential Oils

The last couple of years have been tough and I needed something that would just help me wind down at night and sleep. I have for many many years preferred natural remedies so was willing o give this a go. I am now sort of addicted to it, would definitely miss it if it wasn't there. I can detect Lavender but the perfume is a great mix. The first couple of nights I sprayed in the room but found this a bit overpowering. I now use two sprays onto a paper hanky that I place on my bedside table. This works well for me. On occasion, if I wake in the night and can't get back to sleep, I add another spray and usually this does the trick. I am just about to reorder, the larger size, I last ordered it four months ago, so although the price seems a bit steep when you purchase it, in reality it is not. I am being careful and ordering now but there could be another couple of weeks of two sprays a night left! Worth every penny.

If like me, you like to prepare your room before bed, this is for you. I absolutely love it and it helps me settle to sleep. In my opinion it’s much better than a pillow spray. Another fantastic product from the Puressentiel range. Def recommend

I have used a fair share of essential oils and these seem really good. The quality of fragrance is great. They linger for long but do not overwhelm. I have followed other reviewers advise on spraying only once in a room (at the foot of the bed) and it was enough. The opinions on this product are divided in our household. I have bought this for my husband as he works nights and sometimes has a difgiculties falling asleep. Unfortunately he dislikes the smell and claims it didn't help him fell asleep, he is not the holistic type to be honest with you. I on the other hand adore it! The fragrance reminds me lemony-lavender. It's fresh, relaxing and refreshing. My son quite enjoys it too. I imagine moths running away from it as it's quite strong. It is pricey but it will last ages with 200ml in a bottle and only 1 or 2 puffs per night.

Smells natural, fresh and really does help relax you. We use it every night. When the grandkids come to stay we give their rooms a spray too.

Favourite room spray but please make candles and wax melts too. I used to use the original spray but now I love the lavender even more. They smell so natural and really permeate the atmosphere where other room sprays don’t.

This spray has a very strong smell , if you want to use it in your bedroom , spray it an hour or two before u go to sleep or u would not be able to sleep for a while , I sprayed little bit in the room and i could smell it all over the house. I have used it for a week or two now but not seen much different in my sleep pattern other than just being annoyed by the strong smell. Price is bit to much for what the product is .. I wish scent would have been bit weaker but yeah not worked for me.

Lovely smelling room spray which helps us switch off for bed. Lasts throughout the night and it's pretty much gone by the morning. Smells like lavender with a hint of orange. Very pleasant.

good for after cat using litter box, pretty strong scent....
