It's still not clear what effects these supplements should have on. It didn't do any harm thus far. On a slight positive side, these supplements do make me feel "wake" all day, must point out that I am taking 2 a day, because with one did feel nothing. So, could suggest to review the dosage. Theses are easy to swallow. Size is acceptable. Value for money is good.

I feel these have made a real difference, a definite increased libido and the old bad boy seems to be working better again. I will continue to buy them every month.
