How are we supposed to close this after we open it??

I never leave reviews, unless I get extremely good service. I could not get the lid off which I saw somebody else was complaining about in a review. There's an 800 number on the container which I called. Voicemail advised me that everyone was helping customers and to send a text. I had a response back in less than 2 minutes from Anne telling me how to get the lid off. Which I will post here in hopes that it helps someone.. FYI, I had to use all of the steps plus wide mouth pliers. The wide mouth pliers did not work on their own. I am hoping the product works as good as the customer service. :) Good afternoon! Thanks for your message. Here are some tips you could try: -Run hot (not boiling) water over the lid for 30–60 seconds. This can expand the plastic slightly and loosen the seal. -Use a rubber jar opener, thick rubber glove, or even a rubber band wrapped tightly around the lid for extra grip without damage. -Firmly tap the lid’s edges on a hard surface or gently knock it with the handle of a butter knife to break any seal. -Turn the container upside down and tap it against your palm or a padded surface. Sometimes the pressure changes can loosen it. Hope these helps!

I mixed like they indicated with a pump garden sprayer. I added Dawn and a few ounces of vinegar. Followed instructions and sprayed 3 days in a row. It appears they disappeared for a while. After 2 weeks of no treatment they started to come back. I will be starting treatment again on a more regular basis. I did add some vibrating stakes also. Alone they didn’t seem that effective by themselves. If you can only afford to do one thing buy this with a sprayer, dish soap and vinegar.

I've found that Castor Oil works great for voles plus I think it keeps the deer and antelope away also.

We purchased this to rid our yard of moles and armadilos. Between this and the yard spikes we haven't had any issues.
