I could not get the lid off which I saw somebody else was complaining about in a review. There's an 800 number on the container which I called. Voicemail advised me that everyone was helping customers and to send a text. I had a response back in less than 2 minutes from Anne telling me how to get the lid off. Which I will post here in hopes that it helps someone.. FYI, I had to use all of the steps plus wide mouth pliers. The wide mouth pliers did not work on their own. I am hoping the product works as good as the customer service. :) Good afternoon! Thanks for your message. Here are some tips you could try: -Run hot (not boiling) water over the lid for 30–60 seconds. This can expand the plastic slightly and loosen the seal. -Use a rubber jar opener, thick rubber glove, or even a rubber band wrapped tightly around the lid for extra grip without damage. -Firmly tap the lid’s edges on a hard surface or gently knock it with the handle of a butter knife to break any seal. -Turn the container upside down and tap it against your palm or a padded surface. Sometimes the pressure changes can loosen it.
