There is a spot in the front for prioritizing and balancing life- work, personal, health, social... as well as for writing personal affirmations. There is a spot on each monthly spread for writing gratitudes and on weekly spreads to keep track of exercise. And there's blank dotted pages in the back that I will use as my daily habit tracker!It's the best of both worlds. I love the idea of a bullet journal, but it was a little counter productive for me to have to create the layout each week. I love that it comes with different colored pens, because it makes my daily planning that much easier. The only thing I would want to change about this is the tabs for the months. I wish they were a harder material so that it was easier to flip to the month that you need. Right now they're just paper so when I try to flip to which ever page I need it kind of just..bends a little bit.
