The golf swing trainer was purchased in ordered to get a better feel of my weight transfer during the golf swing. Basically, I sometimes tend to stay back on my trailing leg during the golf swing. This is true during those times when I feel like I need to put a little more power and swing speed into the golf shot. With this swing trainer, the "rock back and forth" helps me feel the weight transfer. I've used this swing trainer for almost 2 months, and can feel a definite difference. I am also more consistent in my weight transfer. The only thing that bothered me was,....when swinging any golf club, my feet feel unnaturally higher than the ball. All things considered, this is a good swing trainer, and I would order it again.

If you have bad sense of balance wouldn't suggest using.

Works ask described but the plastic construction is questionable compared to wood. Also, creates holes in carpet or on turf from having spikes on underside that is undesirable and probably won't work on hard surfaces.

Great product overall. me and my son use it every day to help with the weight transitioning on our swing, we both have improved a lot after we started using it, they even have video exercises on youtube so that you can do the workouts properly.

It is a mist to have. It helps the weigth transfer so good the after some hits with the plate, you will be amazed how does it feel. Really an excellent trainer.

My husband is a golf instructor and purchased this to help his students. As someone who has been a new golf student of his myself, I can vouch for the fact that this thing is a godsend! I was having trouble not popping my hip out and getting a proper hip rotation/weight shift from my back swing to the front of my swing, and this has been absolutely great for helping me understand and focus on what my body is doing. It’s lightweight and easy to move around (my husband loves to just chuck it in his truck and take it to golf lessons he is teaching), and it has some traction on the bottom to help keep it from sliding around on the floor. It also has grip on the top to help your feet stay in place. I will admit I was doubtful when my husband took the balance board out of the box, because it looks so basic and unimpressive, but dang, the thing works beautifully. I’m so glad he got it!

Absolutely the best investment. Weight transfer being off forced me to chunk or thin the ball. This helps a lot

This is a great golf training aid for improving focus and technique on lower leg/feet weight shift. Use caution at first as I started using mine on my artificial turf hitting mat and immediately noticed that the bottom of the plate made holes and tore into the turf. I just put a small throw rug between the turf and the plate to avoid further damage.

Was a waste of money. MAYBE if you have absolutely no weight transfer in your golf swing - this would help. If you are transferring your weight and think this may help with "tuning" your transfer .. it's of no use.
