It’s quite a good size as I have swollen ankles and it’s fits well, the only issue for me is it doesn’t heat well, I have it on the highest setting and it’s just warm to touch

Fit Normal Size Ankles Only.

It will not fit round my wife's ankle. My wife has swollen ankle (very mild). This item is more suitable for someone with a slim ankle and no water retention at all.

These are NOT rechargeable and needs to be plugged into the mains at all times to work I am returning them for a refund as that was the main reason I brought them and will buy something different
