Test cut is highly recommended! Heat application instructions: Home iron At highest heat setting, apply ample pressure for 10-12 seconds. Do not use steam! Allow transfer to cool for 40 seconds before peeling off. If vinyl is sticking to transfer sheet or if design lifts off the garment, iron again for another 10-12 seconds. Heat Press To use heat press, set to 300-320˚F (160˚C). Heat garment with medium pressure for 10-12 seconds and peel off after 40 seconds.
