Having just finished installing the barn door on my shed, I find that the product is good and attractive. The BIG issue is missing parts. The spacers and lag bolts did not make it into the package. I manufactured my own spacers and purchased lag bolts at my local hardware.I did not communicate with the manufacturer because I was under time constraints to get the job finished so I do not know how responsive they might have been. I would recommend that the manufacturer have a meaningful conversation with the employees who put the packages together so that future customers have better experiences.

When I received my package, it was damaged and missing some parts. I called the service center and informed them that I was missing some bolts. Three business days later I had the bolts in my hand along with a set of door handles. Great customer service. Easy to install and heavy duty too.

Easy to install.Rugged product.I had to buy longer lag bolts to accommodate my barn.Would have liked a door guide included.

Works well on hard floors but doesn’t have tall enough rollers to work on carpet
