Missing parts
Missing installation instructions, brackets and bridging bars, wasted the day for my electrician and no way to make contact. Avoid

Only three rings work
Most of my white goods are Hisense and have not trouble with any until now. Only 3 rings work and as we didn't fit it until after Our slotted time to return, ( due to a hold up with kitchen fitters )we are stuck with it. I phoned amazon on 2 occasions and both times they said an engineer would be in touch and still waiting for engineer 4 weeks later. I wouldn't buy again.

Works fine with some installation hiccups
The appliance doesn't come with external cable wires, so had some difficulty installing as i'm not a qualified electrician. It had 2 points for line L1 and L2 ( similarly N1 and N2 for neutrals) and both need to be connected to line either directly or shorted using the supplied connecting Pins , but finally did it with some reading and it all works fine. No complaints so far. Would have given 5 stars if it had come with external connecting wires.

Premium without the tag
Easy to install, although slighter bigger than my previous Hisense hob. Extendable hob sizes is a cool feature.
