I am 227 lbs, with large breasts so I ordered the 2X. It fit great. My biggest problem area is my stomach and this vest is super awesome. I have worn it 3 times now to the gym and just walking my dogs afterwards and I was drenching wet underneath the vest. I t gives my breasts a lift and tucks in my tummy. I am so impressed with this vest that i cannot wait to see what happens after a month of wearing it to work out in and will be ordering a 1X soon to wear during the day at work!! Love the zipper factor as I don't have to struggle with getting it on. It fits snug and is comfortable enough to wear all day!! Ready to see how many inches I loose!!

I decided to finally get serious about getting back in shape. I have gained about 50lbs that I want to lose so I can feel better on the inside and the outside. I was looking up ways to sweat more and figured I would try this out. I heard vests help when it comes to sweating and boy does this one help! I ordered the XX-large and it zips up perfectly. It's not on too tight and it feels comfortable. I have been using this only on my 1 hour walks when I take the dogs out and it's been helping me sweat. I plan to also use it for some workout videos and just for around the house and when I go on hikes, etc. I feel like I am ready to size down to a XL.

The item arrived earlier than expected, which I was excited about! The shapewear I received was too big, I want to go two sizes smaller (Large). As a woman, I know it can be hard with ordering shapewear so let me give a little more details. My natural waist (1 inch above my belly button) measures at ** but I have an overhang. Yes, my tummy hangs :( . I measured the lower portion of my tummy (the muffin top) and the measurement was **. I was really skeptical about ordering based on the waist since the muffin top/overhang is the bigger portion of my midsection but I did so anyway. To my surprise it fit loosely and covered the ENTIRE STOMACH! I know this is important and extremely helpful to woman who've had children or have an overhang belly...I ordered a 2xl according to the size chart; however, I feel a large will help maximize results. It seems comfortable but not firm, as you would expect shapewear to be. I don't like the back fat that hangs over but I'm not sure if it's because this one is too big. After measuring yourself, I suggest getting a size smaller then the chart recommends. Excited to see results! Be encouraged ladies & love yourself. I liked everything about it however I got the recommended sized based off the size chart and it was too big. I got the extra large. It was comfortable and the length and material were really good and the zipper was sturdy so it didn’t come unzipped but it was too loose. If going by the recommended size from the chart works for you then I would go with that otherwise I would say go off of your usual shirt size. Normally I wear a large and it fits decently other than my chest area so I usually get an extra large for bagginess and comfort. I got the extra large based off the chart but definitely should’ve gotten the large.

This product is a very nice well made product. I waiting till I actually did my daily workout before I posted as I purchased it for exercise purposes so here is my review: As I mentioned earlier this is a really nice product. The fabric is great. Light weight not heavy with really good range of motion. It does fit long which I love because that means no riding up and covers the entire stomach area. My exercises range from standing sitting lying down running and of course a lot of stretching. It never moved. It does have wide arm holes which are perfect with all the different exercises there are and when you raise your arms it does not pull the entire vest up. That’s a major plus!! The only downfall for me, which is my fault and not the sellers, is that I bought the wrong size. As you can tell from my photos it is a bit big. I went with a XXL when I should have purchased the XL. I’m 5’10 220 I Do prefer the smaller size but don’t need two of them and don’t have anyone to gift the xxl to so I’m gonna deal with it and as I loose more weight and get more toned I’ll then go ahead and purchase the smaller size. As far as sweating I do seem to sweat more with it on but I think it’s be more if I’d gotten the right size which would mean minus the air pockets in the one I have from it being too big and more heat adds to more sweat.

First of all, THE SMELL. It's like I was in a tire shop??? I have 3 different vests from different places and none of them have a smell this strong with neoprene. This within seconds of touching my skin gave me a rash for a full day, I had to shower and apply benadryl cream to my stomach & back. And yes I did wash it, gentle soap and air dried it 3 times, still nothing worked. Second, the straps on the shoulder are so loose? Why are they like that? This would've been nice because of the zipper but it is just simply not worth it because you'll be washing this more than 10x before this smell is bearable. Any other ones I have and use to this day have no given me as much trouble. It was decent priced, the middle section was fine but I have to give 1 star because I had to return it 48hr later. If they could adjust the length of the shoulder straps and this smell I would re-consider. And they'll give you goodies for leaving good reviews so beware of the "super amazing 5 star" ones, the 3 stars and less is the real reviews.
